After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by the departmental officials before used on work.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm.PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade insuitable heavy gauge MSconduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A 3pin noninter locking flush type CSplug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wireconnection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open plug point

Supply and fixing of 24W LED square type Surface fitting with LED with 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathead FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of batten holder (bakelite) with 9W LED lamp.

Supply and fixing of 3 phase Vertical type 8 way triple pole & neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure with metal door with IP42 protection with 63A FP MCB as incoming and 7Nos. 32A TP MCB, 3Nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection.Higer End

Supply and fixing of 1 no.6/16A two module socket, 1 no. 16A one module switch with module cover plate (plastic) on suitable module concealed Box (GI ) in flush with wall with connections. Higher End

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2metre Class'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection
