Maintance of lawn by cleaning, proper irrigation/watering, uprooting weeds from lawn plots including disposal of uprooted vegetation. Mowing with power machines. as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one park (If partial/full area of lawn shall be renovated during the work as per item no 6 this shall be also maintaned after the grass forms a thick layer, under this item.) (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar 'C' Block Park, and 'B' Block Park =02Nos.)

Maintanace of plants including watering, preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding, trimming, prunning, cutting and supply and spreading of required maure etc. as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. If the plant die during maintance contractor has to replace same height plant at his own cost. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one park.(If some plants/trees/hedge shall be planted during the work as per item no 7 these shall be also maintaned after under this item.) (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar 'C' Block Park, and 'B' Block Park =02Nos.)

Sweeping & cleaning work of garden area( in side ) like open space ( other than lawn area) including the disposal of rubbish/garbage as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one park. (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar 'C' Block Park, and 'B' Block Park =02Nos.)

Sweeping & cleaning work of garden area( out side ) like paved area adjoining to park developed for parking.including the disposal of rubbish/garbage as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one park. (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar 'C' Block Park, and 'B' Block Park =02Nos.)

Operation and maintance of fountains/ water fall ( if existing in specified garden) as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one park. (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar 'C' Block Park, and 'B' Block Park =02Nos.)

Renovating lawns including weeding cheeling the grass forking the ground top dressing with manure and laying of new lawn if required .Mixing the same with forked soil watering maintaing the lawn till grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds & fit for mowing & disposal of rubbish as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Planting of shrubs/hedge/climbers/seasonal flowering plants etc and maintanace of these plants as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Security of the garden area including security of playing equipments, benches, railing, Gate, fountains, lights, lawn, hedge, plants, trees etc for 24 hours as per direction and satisfaction of engineer incharge. Complete work shall be treated as one job for one park. (Work is proposed for Surya Nagar 'C' Block Park, and 'B' Block Park =02Nos.)
