M&L for preparation of old painted surface of concrete/ runway and removal of existing paint/ treatment by scraping, rubbing & washing etc. complete and applying one coat of Acrylic water based road/ pavement marking paint conforming to IS-164 (1981) specification by brush/ spray such as painting to lines, arrow, letters etc. over 10cm in width or girth of any colour (White, Orange, Yellow, Red, Black etc.) volatile organic content <30 gms/ Ltr, surface drying time 20 Min and hard dry 60 Min using potable water as thinner not more than 20% to volume of paint and as per direction of manufacturer instruction. Make: STP Ltd, Asian Paint, Berger or equivalent as approved.

All as per above item No 1.00 here-in-before but not exc 10cm width or girth

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock.

Removing excavated soils exc 250m not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceding 63mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/hard standing

Supply and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into over sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate in kerbs

M&L for repair to broken spelled edges of joints, pot holes etc with epoxy mortar of existing concrete slab by forming square/ rectangular groves with mechnical cutter wider towards top bottom top form key with existing concrete and cleaning/ dusting to groves by using compressed air to remove all dirts/ dusts by air blower and repair with applying two coats of epoxy primer under the epoxy mortar complete all as specified and as directed
