Supply & delivery at site MS Gland as per sample for 8 Nos. Flowmore make Pump, Total 16 Nos. (DE - Pump End + DE - Motor End) complete with size 40 mm thick x 160 mm long x 60 mm breath, all complete with fitting fixing.

Carrying of motor 150KW TEFC horizontal foot mounted (Sl. No. 3G2J152700900621) ABB make for Pump No. 5, decoupling, de-termination of the cables, forwarding, loading-unloading, freight to Kolkata Works for repairing complete with back carriage to and fro basis after repairing at site as per direction of the EIC.

Repairing of the above Motor at works includes dismantle, thorough checking, falult finding, work includes Stator Coil overhauling & heat varnishing, Jumper cutting, 6 Nos. Loop renewal, 70 mm glaslid - 9 Mtrs replacement, thimble lugs Copper replaced - 6 Nos., renewal Jumper tapping, heating & varnishing, Insulation, Glass Tape, Rupa Tang, Nomex Tape, Grease, Motor Boxing/assembling, painting, Installation, Testing & Commissioning to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Through checking, repairing,servicing, overhauling of the 100KVA DG set, along with the replacement of the above supplied Coil, Battery, Battery Connecto rand also Oil Filter, Diesel Filter, Air Filter, and Fuel Injector servicing. Alternator testing, all completed with testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Installation of Full bore type Electro Magnetic Flow meter (DN-500) in delivery common header line in horizontal position including of supplying of relevant pipes, specials viz. Making MS structure (1200 x 6 + 800 x 4 + 1000 x 4) to fix of the pump motor base frame using MS channel, installing the pump motor (12.5HP KDS 1331) with proper alignment and leveling, cutting a hole in the existing delivery pipeline to connect the suction pipeline, and making two delivery lines (one for the reservoir and one for bypass), installation of valves, valves & pipe supports (Suction : 1200 x 2 + Delivery : 1200 x 2), fitting fixing pressure switches, pressure gauges, constructing a canopy (2' x 3') to protect the pump and motor from rainwater. The work also includes gas cutting, welding, painting, hiring a welding set, DG set, & Dewatering System, and necessary rectifications done in the panel, installation of the panel, wiring, fabrication to fit & fix all electricals, with power connection, and completion of works by engaging Senior Technicians and skilled labours as needed to finish the job within shut down period,, all completed with testing and commissioning as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.
