Cutting in earth work in by mechanical / mmanual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The recovery of stones, wheather use full or not, for 522.05 Cum ( five hundred twenty two point zero five cubic metre) @ 300/-(Rupees Three hundred seventy) per Cubic metre shall be effected on pro rata bases in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earth work in excavationby mechnically means / manual means in foundations, trenches and drains and channels etc for structure in all depths as per drawing and technical specification roads including setting out, construction of shoring abd bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where balsting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width , camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost).Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him at his on cost in all cases. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment with Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX or equivalent with two components polymer modified cementitious powder and a polymer liquid in two coats for first coal:-clean and saturate surface and then applying a coat of Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX by maintaining a coverage of 6-7 sft per Kg. to achive one mm thickness and the same process shalltended upto 300mm(three hundred milimetre) vertically. The second coat shall be applied in opposit direction after four six-hours of application of first coat then sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX wghile still tacky over the second coat. Then apply cement mortar 1:4(One cement:four sand) admixed with 200ml (two hundred mililetre) of pidiproof LW @ 200ml (two hundred mililetre) per 50 Kg.(fifty Kilogram) bag of cement over the floor with the suitable gradient towards drain pipe, while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
