REPAIR AND MAINT OF WATER SUPPLY LINE AT OFFICER MD ACCN AND JCO ORs FAMILY QTR AREA AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of CI/GI/DI/PPR pipe and getting out soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old U/S CI water mains (including all fittings) of size 150mm bore. with spigot socket and socket ends, tail pieces, sluice valves and lead joints etc. including burning out joints and recovering lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing and testing ductile iron pipe, K-7 type with spigot and socket ends of size 150 mm dia laid in treanches including Rubber gasket (tyton ring) jointing materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : DI fittings, excavation and PCC will be measued and paid seprately, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ductile iron fittings for socketed spigot, Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs any shape, of size up to 200mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ductile iron sluice valve flange type of 200 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS-14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket (neouprene), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ductile iron sluice valve flange type of 150 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS-14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket (neouprene), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair DI Non return valve of size 200 mm and Taking out old unserviceable NRV ISI marked including complete fitting item with jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting cast iron pipes of size 200/150mm bore and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc for taking branches connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting cast iron pipes of size 100/80 mm bore and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc for taking branches connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Drilling and tapping DI/cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 15/20mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old U/S GI pipe and connections of sizes 50 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old U/S GI pipe and connections of sizes 40 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces for CI/ MS pipe lines, distribution header and other any type of surfaces with two coat of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches, outer diameter of pipe 63mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 750mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 30x30x4 mm including hinges of size 125mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforceed) of any description in ground floor n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path , concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
