Installation of additional 250 KVA, 11/0.4KV new T/F with tray at DP with accessories, Capacity enhencement Replacement of Jarjar/Damaged AB Cable, 11KV Feeder Bifercation and other System Improvement Works at various Substations under EUDC-I, Prayagraj under the Business Plan 2024-25 (Phase-I), including loading, unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Center Naini to work site.

Erection, grouting, plinthing,earthing & Painting of 11 Mtr. long STP Double pole including fixing of all necessary clamps, other accessories like Top channel, base channel, Pin insulator with pin etc. and its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 11 KV line (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, Base Channel, M.S. Brasing Angle etc. as per site requirment will be arranged by the contractor and STP, Earthing Rod with G.I. wire, pin insulator with pin and Disc Insulator with Fitting will be provided by the department.)

Erection, grouting, plinthing,earthing & Painting of 9 Mtr. long STP Single pole including fixing of all necessary clamps and its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, (Grouting,& all required materials will be provided by contractor except 9 Mtr STP)

Erection, grouting, plinthing,earthing & Painting of 11 Mtr. long STP Single pole for cable hanging including fixing of all necessary clamps, side bracket/channel and Stringing of stay wire 7/10 SWG with turn buckle at each pole for hanging of 11 KV XLPE Cable its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, (Grouting,& all required materials will be provided by contractor except Stay Wire and 11 Mtr STP)

Installation & commissioning of T/F 250 KVA along with tray with accessories, HT/LT connections including DO, GO & 11 KV TPMO set Complete in all respect At DP. (All materials will be provided by the conctractor at his own cost. Only T/F will be provided by the Department.)

Chemical pipe Earthing of Transformer body and neutral by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 20’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be preovided by the conctractor at his own cost.)

Installation,grouting and commisioning of L.T. tailes unit 1 no 500 amp and 3 no 300amp for each teansformer with cubical Box at dp/land. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Earthing of L.T. Cubical box by M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm with clamp for neutral & L.T. cubical box body. (Only M.S. Earthing rod with G.I. Wire will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.)

Laying of 1x400/1x240sqmm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Cubicle Box and from LT Cubical Box to LT Line with proper lugging and tagging with the help of copper Z/L Clamp. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Hanging of 3x120+1x95+1x16/3x95+1x70+1x16 sqmm LT ABC on already existing/erected pole complete in all respect .(all required material for hangging of AB cable like dead end clamp ,pearcing connecter,suspension clamp with i-hook ,LT DB box at each pole and others required materials will be provided by the contractor as per site requirement, only LT AB cable will be provided by the department)

Hanging of XLPE 3X120/3X185/3x70 sq mm existing & Newly Constructed 9/11 Mtr. Long STP/ Rail pole with the help of Turn-buckle & stay wire at each pole. (except XLPE cable and stay wire all required material will be provided by contractor)

Erection & grouting of stay Rod with Cement, Sand and Bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling.

Stringing of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor for nuetral wire for LT ABC to be replaced / installed

Dismantling of existing jarjar/damaged AB Cable

Fixing of following 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be provided by the contractor for the guarantee period of 2 Years from the date of measurement at ERP).
