Replacement of wornout mechanical components of 10000 GPH x 300 meter head x 100 HP pump set (standby) installed at pumping station Sambal Gangera by way of disconnecting of all electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame suction and delivery, carrying pump set from pumping station to road side by way of head load and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Dismantling the unit and extraction of internal assembly. Replacement of wornout pump shaft with a new one and subsequently turning and finishing to the bearing size. Replacement of wornout impeller 05 nos., neck rings 7 nos. diffusers 6nos., shaft protection sleeve 2nos., gland cup-2nos., check nut 2 nos., body bushes, bearings 7308-2nos. and N308-1no., tie bolts with nuts with new components as per size and specification of old samples. Dismantling of motor by opening end covers and replacement of sleeves, NDE and DE bearings and motor fan. Job includes drilling and taping of suction and delivery of pumps. Assembling the units and shifting back to pumping station by using manual labour tools and tackles and mechanical transport. Coupling pump motor set alongwith replacement of damaged coupling bolts, rubber bushes with new ones after making proper alignment and leveling and thereafter testing pump and motor on load at site. Replacement of nuts and bolts and gaskets at delivery and suction side. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Shifting of mono submersible pump sets to the workshop. Dismantling the 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter unit and extraction of the internal parts from the pump and motor. Replacement of thrust pad-01no., cast iron impeller-1no., check nut-1no. Replacement of damaged winding of 10 HP motor with new winding alongwith remetalling rotor shaft and replacement of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE. Job also includes dismantling the dismantling the 6000 GPH x 10-13 meter unit and extraction of the internal parts from the pump and motor. replacement of mechanical components of such as thrust pad-01, cast iron impeller-1no, and check nut-1no. Replacement of damaged winding of 3 HP motor with new winding alongwith remetalling rotor shaft and replacement of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE. Assembling the unit and shifting back to sites and subsequently lowering of submersible mono block pump sets in respective dugwells. Testing the unit on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
