REPAIR AND RENOVATION WORK AT TUB WASHING BUILDING AT CENTRAL DAIRY MMC CHENNAI 51

Cleaning of existing underground sewer / storm water drainage pipeline of dia 150 mm to 300 mm, manholes chambers, catch pits etc. by high pressure jet rodding machine including removal of silt, sludge, debris, choking materials, flushing with water, disposal of waste material outside municipal limits, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 75 x 75cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc, complete complying with standard specifications

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of II Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Brick of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clearing the bushes, light jungles around the manhole chamber from SCL to IRS building by using earth movers machine, including cost of driver batta, diesel charges, machinery charges, transportation etc, complete as directed by the federation engineers and as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing stainless steel perforated drain cover made of SS 304 grade of approved make with perforations of 8 to 12 mm dia, including frame of suitable size and thickness, welded, ground and polished, fixed in position in cement concrete, including all materials, labour, conveyance, charges etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
