KHD 04-16 Improvement to Malaguni Right embankment from RD 14.35Km to 15.46Km near village Ostapari

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 meters outside disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads, lifts and dellifts with cost of all labour, T & P, labour welfarecess etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in borrow area, loading into transport vehicle manually and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the same over the approved surface of embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of roots, bushes, other deleterious materials from transported earth with all cost, carriage, royalty,DMF, EMF, additional charges , labour welfare cess & laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth including watering and OMC compaction @ 90%density by sheep foot rolleer including construction of haul road with hire & running charges of all machineries with all labour & T&P, taxes required for the work etc complete in all respects as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Measurement to be taken on Level Sections only and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility)

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed matrial by tipper to site laying in unfirom layers with paver in sub-base/base course on wall prepard surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoRT &H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete and as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on the finished section only)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete including labour welfarecess as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat on primed surface with Bitumen / Emulsion (RS-I) on prepared surface etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete including labour welfarecess as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher wit censor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) (Grade-II (19mm nominal size)

Providing & laying SDBC with batch mix hot mix plant using crushed aggregatye of speciried grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade, transporting to hot mix to work site laying with & hydrostatic paver finisheer with censur control to the required grade level alignment, rolling with smooth, wheeled, vibratory & tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision) & including all cost, carriage & taxes of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, hire and running charges of machineries including all leads, lifts & delifts, labour welfare cess etc complete as per specification & the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Grading-II)

Providing, spreading and consolidation of moorum with HRR including watering with all cost, conveyance, royalty, E.M.F, D.M.F & additional charges taxes and cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
