Per Card Cost (Should include all charges towards all the services (Pre-printed RC Card, Dispatch, printing of background /security features, serial numbering, packaging, delivery for eligible orders, testing, warranty, and replacement obligations etc. as per scope defined in the RFP ) Note: • The commercial bid evaluation will be all inclusive, excluding GST. GST will be paid over and above the commercial bid quoted. • All the prices are to be entered in Indian Rupees ONLY • We agree, anytime during the project period, Department reserves the right to ask the Bidder to submit proof of payment against any of the taxes, duties, levies indicated.
