Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (aluminium / wooden) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20/40mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing, etc. All tools, plants, labour and materials complete.

Constructing masonry in superstructure using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 70kg/m2 (28 days curing) and a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions and corners with all scaffolding lift, raking out joints curing etc. complete with all labour and materials.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick in single coat for internal surfaces of walls including curing etc all labour & material etc. complete. All labour & material etc. complete

Applying primer coat for distemper of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - make Dulux/asian/berger

Applying priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content with ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in double coat with approved colour,shade all labour and materials complete - make Dulux/asian/berger

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Dismantling collapsible shutter along with all accessories, hood cover ect exceding 3 sqm in area including all labour and material

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers,handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing -11/2'' dia made of Hollow tubes, pipe, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only length of stainless steel pipe shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing in position anodised aluminium sliding windows with approved manufacturer to suit Two track sliding using best quality standard extruded anodised aluminium sections made out of 16 SWG section s of Indal/Jindal or any other approved equivalent make without horizontal glazing bars, glazed with 5mm thick sheet glass (Modi or equivalent) fixing to the RCC column / masonry including necessary bolting devices, handles,approved locking arrangement, concealed lock,fixing clips, metal putty, PVC / rubber beading etc. All labour and materials etc complete.

Providing and fixing in position anodised aluminium sliding windows with approved manufacturer to suit Three track sliding using best quality standard extruded anodised aluminium sections made out of 16 SWG section s of Indal/Jindal or any other approved equivalent make without horizontal glazing bars, glazed with 5mm thick sheet glass (Modi or equivalent) fixing to the RCC column / masonry including necessary bolting devices, handles,approved locking arrangement, concealed lock,fixing clips, metal putty, PVC / rubber beading etc. All labour and materials etc complete.

Supply, of ceiling fan (1200mm sweep) with down rods .Make: Hawells/Crompton greaves

Supply of 18W LED light batten type surface mounting of make Havells/bajaj/wipro/philips
