M&L for false ceiling with 600mmx600mmx4mm thick 'E' board classic of M/S Eternit Everest Ltd or Charminar make as approved by GE, fixed with and including galvanized iron powder coated inverted 'Tee" or 'L' sections (concealed GI/aluminium frame work) of 'Cicage' metallic or equivalent suspended from ceiling with provision of galvanized iron wire 45 mm dia and self tapping screws including butterfly clips, hold down clips for fixing the boards to frame complete all as pe manufacturer's instructions and all as directed including two coats of oil bound distember on one side of the board. M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of existing roof surface, and including taking down old APP membrane flashings and junction of parapets, etc. complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) cement concrete as in roof padding etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instructions when concrete is a still green etc complete alll as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and separately)

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen primer confirming @0.50 ltr/ Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @1.2 kg/sqm and applying APP based Polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt.not less than 150 grm/ sqm) and sealing joints by torched application including taking down of old roof treatment material complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Work be done through approved applicator only)

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner. including taking down of old Brick tiles complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Work be done through applicator approved)

S&F in repair 1000 ltrs capacity rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & 20mm dia tank nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium door single leaf with powder coated aluminium frame of section 62.5x37x1.5mm thick, shutter with bottom & middle rail of section 112.50x 37x1.5mm thick and styles & top rail of section 83x37x1.5mm thick with centrally locking arrangement with lock make of ‘GODREJ’ or ‘LINK’ 7 lever and self closing device with rebate including jointing cleats, fixing of builders hardware fittings, necessary numbers of hydraulic floor springs and glazing with 5mm thick frosted glass including necessary fittings, fixtures & aluminium snap beads, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium Partition single leaf with powder coated aluminium frame of section 62.5x37x1.5mm thick, ACP panel shutter with bottom & top rail of section with rebate including jointing cleats, fixing of builders hardware fittings, necessary middle portion glazing with 5mm thick tinted/froasted/plain glass including necessary fittings, fixtures & aluminium snap beads, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 5mm thick Prelam PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing including 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm thick wall paneling incl of fixing on to shelter make PVC frame at site incl necessary fillets fixed etc including taking down of old wall paneling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm thick polycarbonate twinwall clear sheet flexible, strong impact and shatterproof all weather outdoor covering fixed to existing steel frame/truss including all necessary fixing screws/nuts and safety measures and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
