Disconnecting and taking down the complete ceiling fan from ceiling hook/bolts/fan box any size/make/sweep from any OTM of technical area and refixing after repairs/replacement of various component of ceiling fan and reassemblings,refixing and Testing complete.(Repair/replacement of various component of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid seperately against respective items). Note - (i) The cost of replacement of unserviceable mild steel screws, nut bolt and washers cleaning of blades/down rod and body of ceiling fan greasing, oiling of bearing/bushes is included in the quoted rate against this item. (ii) All type winding work to be done in E/M yard at Mes Power house and to be tested.

Material ans labour for rewinding of motor of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per existing including necessary varnishing testing commissioning and Cutting and taking out the burnt out copper winding complete Note :- All type winding work to be done in E/M yard at Mes Power house and same to be tested.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sefty split pins of down rod of suitable size for any sweep make model of ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour replacement of GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade of any length (down rod) both end screwed , in length as required duly painted with white synthetic enamel paint suitable for any make/ size/sweep of ceiling fan all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for replacement of capacitor 2.15/2.5 mfd for ceiling fans of any make /model/sweep, complete all as specified and directed .Make CG/Tibcon/EPCOS

Supply and fixing for scraping all foreign materials with emery paper, cleaning the body, blades and down rod (preparatory work) for painting ceiling fan with one coat of supper enameled white paint (spray paint) and writing of MES No. with capital letter of size 20 mm height and 03 mm width with synthetic enameled black paint all as directed.

M&L disconnecting/Taking down defective storage type electrically operated water heater/geyser including disconnecting the water pipe (Cold and hot water) and electrical connection after unscrewing from the wall mounted hold/fastener etc. from the existing location and cleaning /descaling of scale formation in geysers ineer tank assembly by means of scrubing with wire brush etc. including cleaning salvents etc and reassembling the geyser end plate/inspection plate and refixing in original position by hanging screwing with necessary nut bolts and washer and connecting up waters mains (Hot and cold) and necessary electric connection and testing on completion for proper working up to the entire satisfaction of user for its proper performance all as specified and directed.

M&L taking out the unserviceable heating element of capacity 1.5 KW of any make and S&F new heating element of capacity 1.5 KW all as specified and directed. Make : Roxy/Power Pack or equivalent.

All as per Serial Item No. 35 above but of 2 KW for geyser upto 50 Ltrs capacity. Make : Roxy/Power Pack or equivalent.

M&L in replacement of thermostat cut off switch suitable for electrical storage type water heater (geyser) upto 50 Ltrs complete all as directed. Make : Girish/Roxy/Klick

M&L PVC connecting pipe with brass union fitted at both end suitable for connection to 15 mm GI pipe length of PVC connection 450 mm long for hot water including 01 No PVC washer on both ends.

M & L Painting the outer surface of geyser after removing old paint and making surfaces smooth for repainting with two coats of synthetic super enamelled paint same tint as of original all as required at site upto 25/50 Ltrs capacity over one coat of primer by spray gun after scraping the existing paint , denting , filling depression with putty etc and refixing the geyser in position including water/electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M& L in replacement of defective unserviceable electrically operated vertical type BEE 5 star rated water heater of capacity 25 Ltr duly provided with thermal cut off and overload protection with connection pipes, NRV, safety valves, Fasteners and, pressure rating not less than 8 bar . Make: Crompton/ Havell's (Monza EC).Note : Old U/S geyser will be deposited in the store yard of AGE E/M.

M & L Point wiring for using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly with approved colour coding as per ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches all as specified and directed for the following :- (Note- Modular cover plate of any module with all fittings are included in point wiring.) M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sq mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 4 sqmm cable,one run of 2.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit will be measured as one unit
