M&L for servicing and renewal/replacement of defective parts and of oil type transformer 3.15 MVA 33/11 KV out door type of by disconnecting of LT and HT as given below and all as directed. The repair/ replacement work includes following activities :-
Taking down defective transformer 3.15 MVA capacity from sub station after disconnecting the existing connection complete and removing from sub station then transporting the same to a work shop for repairs.After repairing the same transporting back (including loading and unloading) to the directed location and installing the transformer with necessary connections of LT and HT shall be done complete all directed .
Tank Shot blasting & Painting of transformer.
Replacement of direct/indirect material like core cleaning and laminations Brazing rods, creep paper roll, Copper lugs, gaskets, oil seals, paint etc. during the rectification work.
Replacement of HV winding with new copper conductor (03 phase). (Including necessary Paper covering & Insulation)
Replacement of LV winding with new copper conductor (03 phase). (Including necessary Paper covering & Insulation)
Replacement of assembly insulation for all 3-phases.
Supply and fixing of Off Load Tap changer of suitable capacity.
Supply and fixing of HV Bushing with Metal Part 36 KV 250 AMPS (03 Nos)
Supply and fixing of LV Bushing with Metal Part 17.5 KV 250 AMPS (04 Nos)
Supply and fixing of Buchholz Relay
Dehydration/centrifuging of transformer oil to achieve dielectric strength 50 kV in 2.5 mm gap electrode with centrifuging machineand topping up new oil (2170 Ltrs).
Note : 1. All parts shall be replaced with same make and specification as that of original parts .In case of non availibility of the same prior approval of GE shall be required for make specification of parts.
