Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class chamber burnt stock bricks of size 9”x 4½”x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For foundation and basement

For super structure in Ground floor

Providing brick partition wall of 11.50 cm thick using best quality second class chamber burnt stock bricks of size 9” X 4 ½” X 3” in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) including supply and fixing hoop iron reinforcement if considered necessary by the departmental officers as directed etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five P.sand) 12mm thick in all floors including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality Paddock wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Supply and finishing in position of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture fittings. The overall size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The overall size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. The overall size of frames shall be 50mm X 45mm with suitable rebate for housing the shutter. (Solid panel PVC door with Frame)

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters 35mm thick of single leaf with skin type paneled door made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminium aldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower of size 250 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos. Aluminium door stopper / magnet catch 3” depth – 1 No. respectively, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing MS grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills will be given by the Engineers,i/c.,

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position UPVC windows using JP 23 (80mm X 50mm 1.3 Kg/m) and JP 111 (80mm X 50mm 1.5kg/m) UPVC profiles for the outer frame. Total breadth is being divided equally into two or more shutters by using UPVC profile JP 050 (60mm X 36mm 0.80 Kg/m) and complete with fusion welding, 12.mm thick GI reinforcement and complete the window by fitting with 4mm clear glass with UPVC glass bead JP 022.(35mm X 18mm 0.27 Kg/m) including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column, slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original condition after fixing and also as directed etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI / 1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the departmental Engineer,i/c., before use on work.

Fabricating supplying and erecting the Pre-engineered HT steel building structure using Galvanised structural steel sections, conforming to Grade 50 with yield strength of 345MPa base plate, Sag rods, struts including cleats to receive 'Z' and 'C' purlins, cutting, drilling holes, welding, grinding fixing the members with necessary bolts, nuts, anchor bolt of approved quality, hoisting, aligning and placing the 'I" sections in position as per the design got approved from the department, fixing purlins with sag rods, supporting the purlins from the beams on both sides. The welding should be done with submerged arc welding to full length. The rate inclusive of the cost of painting the members will one coat of primer of Zinc chromite and enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental engineers

Supplying and fixing of powder coated galvanized aluminium metal roofing sheet 0.47mm thick JSW or equivalent of ISI make of different colour sheet for roofing with necessary adjustable ridges seater by using “U” or “J” bolts and nuts with washers or SDST screws and also the labour charges for fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying fabricating, erecting of colour Galvalume 0.47mm ridge sheet including cost of self drilling (SDST) screws with washers, fixing charges lead and lift etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45cm over all semi circular plain Galvalum sheet gutter with necessary iron brackets 40mm x 3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete complying with standard specification. Supplying and fixing in position best approved ISI quality PVC Rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia meter having working pressure of 4Kg/Cm2 including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, nails, teakwood plugs, screws etc., and fixing of cost iron gratings of required dia meter and special clamps at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of brass screws, teakwood plugs to be used shall be 150mm X 25mm in front and 200mm X 75mm in rear and all other sides to a depth of 100mm. Paving the floor with Designed Colour Double charged Vitrified tiles of size 60cm x 60cm x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The basic cost of tiles shall be not less than Rs.80/-- per Sq.ft)

Supplying and paving the floor with design mat finished ceramic tiles of approved brand and quality of size 300 X 300 X 8mm in all floors over a base mortar using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick laid in situ true to alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles used neatly and fixed in position without any air gap in between the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with best quality glazed tiles of approved design and colour of size 30 cm X 45 cm over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two M.sand) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Suspended ceiling with Hilux (or) Equivalent board ceiling tiles. Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling which includes providing and fixing G.I. perimeter channels of size 27mm, 0.5mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm along with perimeter of the ceiling screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of Nylon rawl plugs and screws and then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.90mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1200mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 25mm X 0.50mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 1000mm centers, 12.5mm square edge Gypsum board of 10mm thick is to be fixed to ceiling section with 25mm of screws at 230mm centers. Screw fixing is to be done mechanically either with screw driver (or) drilling achine with suitable attachment. The tapered and square edges of the boards are to be joined and finished to flush with requisite jointing compound, paper, tapes and primer suitable for Gypsum plaster boards. Light fittings and access panels are to be incorporated as part of the suspended ceiling and the integrity nature of the ceiling must be maintained. For accommodating the light fittings, appropriate cut outs have to be made with the frame perimeter channels of size 20mm X 27mm X 30mm X 0.5mm, supported suitably. The Gypsum plaster board should be capable of finishing with any type of paint. Supplying and fixing of 15mm CP two way tap of good quality and approved make in correct position etc., complete with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supply and fixing of health faucet of good quality and approved make etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer,i/c., (The health faucet should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Providing Granolithic floor finish for 25 mm thickness using plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand, and four stone jelly) using 10 to 12mm hard broken stone jelly and the top surface shall be rubbed smooth in all floors, finishing, threading and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate Sheet of size 3m x 1.06m on the roof in between the colour coated Galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers etc., as complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Manufacturing and supplying and fixing in position of 'Z' type ventilators of 1.50m x 0.60m size made out of 45 x 45 x 6mm MS 'L' angles frames alround the ventilator. MS flat of 25 x 5mm to be fixed in between the frames at 30cm intervals. Hold fast to be used 'L' angle 23cm length 4 Nos. 3mm pin headed glass to be fixed in between the angles by using Teak wood beadings of size 15 x 12mm with screw, washer and nut wherever necessary. Dismantling the RCC by deploying machineries and stackings the useful materials for reuse and clearing the debris from site with initial lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c., The reusable materials shall be handed over to the department engineer.
