BOUNDARY WALL Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil and dewatering if required etc.all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge length(1013 mt)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering etc.all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba /rock/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all lifts involved.etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floor using cement,4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering, hire & running charges of water pump complete if required as per the instruction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched , machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-20 Including the cost of Centering and Shuttering (minimum cement content not less than 403Kg/Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS 9103 ) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing and laying machine cut laterite masonry work in Superstructure using in cement mortar (1:6), with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc. as per the drawings including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, all taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing in position TMT / Fe-500 reinforcement bars for RCC work of required diameter of approved quality including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing hoisting, lowering and laying including cost, conveyance and taxes of steel and binding wires of 16 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the specification & direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of (1:6)

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of (1:4) to ceilings of roof slabs, stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including roughening, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing , sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge
