Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing shown in SSR Part-II as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing shown in SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles, cast type, anodised including the screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in skirtings etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as on vertical surfaces of size, 300x200x7mm/450x300x7mm thick economy class grade B-II(a), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed bed/bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid and bedded and jointed in cement mortar, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete for roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) and making flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as per specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork (old size) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall with cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) confirming to IS: 2645-1975 of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness with 6mm top layer of anti abrasive material laid over 25mm thick (compacted) fine seived sand, M-35 Grade concrete (with grey cement no pigment) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surface of sunken slab and applying 15mm thick cement plaster (1:4) cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry and then applying epoxy resin coating polymer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Integral WPC shall measured and paid separtely.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken slab filling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair GI sprouts of 40mm dia pipe (approx 700mm long) in sunken floors including necessary cutting, chipping of walls and making good with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) or in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall measured and paid separtely.

S&F for vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580x440mm white, as approved, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including trap set and concrete including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipem, etc. complete including making ggod to floors with PCC bedding (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm nominal brick ballast) and connection to trap with cement mortar and making good to floor including demolition of PCC/lime concrete bedding for existing pan complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks (exc. 250 litre capacity and n. exc. 500 litre capacity), setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scales, dirt, etc, from tanks (exc. 250 litre and n. exc. 500 litre capacity) and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. with OHT cover complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 20mm ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 20mm - 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs tank cover (lid) for 500 litres capacity with locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
