Demolition brick work / block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

ditto All as per Item No 2 but except block masonary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed stone masonary, well bonded, as in retaining wall, abutment and similar work built in cement mortar 1.:6 complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

ditto All as per Item No 4 but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble stone masonary upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or conc surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer on new decorated surfaces of walls including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of Synthetic emulsion paint of any description on old plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described including preparation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of Synthetic emulsion paint of any description on new plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non-Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes incl incl dismantling floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles on vetical surfaces size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments.(Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) incl 10mm thck backing coat bed below tile for dado/skirting CM 1:4. incl dismantling wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm bore 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene incl all random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. including taking down old tubing complete all as specified.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, in ground floors not exc. 15 cm thick, above or below ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC paver block (grey/coloured) with impression of stone setts of size 100x100/200x200/300x300/450x450mm in size and depth 40-80mm with sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, and joints grouted in cement mortar 1:2 and dressing stones with proper groove method and removing of unnecessary slurry in between complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300mmx300mmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, with grey cement and no pigment, laid in floors, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Coloured endura tiles, as approved make of size 300mmx300mm/400mmx400mm, 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, with grey cement and no pigment, laid in floors, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

M&L Plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) , in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in floors & hard standing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in alternate bay as in plinth protection 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume) incl dismantling, all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, brick work etc including taking out embedded portion.

Excavating in post holes hard/dense soil (of similar holes) each n. Exc. 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. Exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing in-cluding line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified & directed.

Supply only mild steel Galvanised wire Chain link fencing square mesh of any size made out of any size wire complete all as specified & directed

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends with washers n . Exc 12mm dia and , n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples 3.15mm plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F, Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled forfixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality 'A',complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F angle iron section with swain neck as in fencing posts struts including notching drilling holes for wire mesh etc and fla iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not other wise decribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite(black/maroon) 16mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite black, complete all as specified

S&F 2mm Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/plain sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixe with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling complete all as specified.

M & L, Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated sheet any description as spfd, complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing plain or corrugated sheet any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima) on newly/old plastered or putty treated surfaces of desired finish and making the surface smooth all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing oid treatment of any description and prepartion of old surfacess, washing rubbing down and applying two coats weather proof oil exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima) and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but not exc 5cm in length not exc 6mm thick metal complete as specified by Engr-in-charge

Providing, fabricating & installing in position 4mm thickness aluminium composite cladding of "PIONEER, ALUTECH, ALSTRONG,ALUDECOR" are protected with self adhesive protection film by erecting over the wall using aluminium frames @ desired levels made with 50 x 25 x 1.2mm extruded channel sections confirming to IS-7333 mechanical properities. The frame shall be fixed on external wall surface with necessary brackets, bolt nut arrangements with screws aluminium L cleats, backer rod, wacker/dowcorning silicon sealant etc. at all levels & heights with silicon sealant is filled in complete with necessary Scafffolding upto height of 7 m all as specificied and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 148220.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
