Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavements as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Cement concrete pavement Construction of un reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base,with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 grade ,coarse and fine aggregrette conforming to is:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes,compacted using needle,screed and plate vibrator and finished in continuous operation including, provision of contraction and expansion,construction joints,applying debonding strips,primer,sealant,dowelbars,near approaches to bridge/culverts and construction joints,admixture as approved,curingof concrete slabs for 14 days.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with a provision of spike at the bottom with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT& H fixed to the road surface using the adhesive and the procedures recomanded by the manufacturs with three moinths replacement warrenty and free maintainance.

Painting on Concrete Surfaces Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface Paint system for exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm.

Painting on Steel Surfaces Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface Paint system for exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
