Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets as in roof coverings etc including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame area not exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling up chowkat/frame hollows and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging, with burnt clay bricks of sub class ‘B’ (old size) with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick plain framed, paneled shutter (Two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood rail and styles, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F butt hinges of size 100mm medium weight, cold rolled mild steel (ISI marked) including welding to angle iron frame where required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 200 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enameled black with bright bolts and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel pressed handle, 150 mm size, oval type, stove enameled black complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 300 mm long mild steel sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia and including a minimum of 06 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel 300mm ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Grade E-250 quality ‘A’ all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in wind ties for roof covering including securing bolts etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 30.00 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, complete as specified & as directed.

M&L for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6 mm but not exc 9mm, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for false ceiling with 6mm thick non asbestos designer fibre cement board conforming to IS-14862 (Type B, Category 3), fixed with and including grid made out of galvanized iron powder coated inverted ‘Tee’ or ‘L’ section concealed powder coated GI frame work suspended from ceiling with provision of galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia and wall taping screw including butterfly clips, hold down clips for fixing the board to frame complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, including dismantling & taking down old false ceiling of any type, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Size of grid – 595 mm x 595 mm. (b) Size of main Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (c) Size of cross Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (d) Size of wall angle – 24.70 x 24.70 x 0.70 mm. (e) Level clip with wire – Dia of GI wire 4mm (f) Soffit Cleat – 37 x 25 x 1.80mm Note : Design & shade of cement board shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, over stone patti in roof slab, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:20 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc., work built in cement mortar all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.
