Design, Manufacture, Supply, installation testing & commissioning of Mechanized OWS/Effluent Treatment Plant (120 KL/HR) consisting of Screening system, Corrugated plate separator, Multimedia Filter, Coalescer Filter, Oil Water Feed Pump (1 Working + 1 standby), Treated water feed pump (1working + 1 standby), Oil recovery Pump (1working + 1 standby), Piping system, Control system, Oil water separator with skimmer, Purimeter, Compressor all pipes fittings, valves, Energy meter etc as per enclosed schematic drawings & specifications.

Note: a) Rate does not include Civil works comprising of Site clearing & area developement, U/G & A/G holding tanks, Civil Structures, pipe sleepers, equipment foundations etc. However, required structural support for mounting of equipment is in the scope of the bidder. The scope includes submission of desin drawing required for construction of Civil foundations, Oil water separation tank, AERATION TANK, OIL COLLECTION TANK etc required for successful functioning of the ETP system. b. Rate does not include supply & installation of Piping upto the ETP system ( ie from respective areas to Oil water collection tank) c. Except for items mentioned in Note a. & b. as above, all items including cablings(Including Main Power & Control cable from PMCC & Control room and Cabling within the system), shed, earthings, lighting within the area/System etc forming part of the design & operation of the ETP are included in the item rates. Approx distance from PMCC panel to proposed ETP system is 500m & Control room to proposed ETP system is 450m. Bidder to consider the same for Power & Control cables supply and laying purpose.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for a period of Five years for entire Mechanised OWS (As per items mentioned under Part1.1) after successful completion of warranty period of 2 years from the date of successful completion of SAT as described Technical Bid. Cost of all the required spares, hardwares, software modification, tools and tackles, ladders, labours, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance Service, calibration of instruments, rectification/ replacement of faulty MOWS equipment etc required for running and maintenance of the entire MOWS to the desired performance level throughout the contract period of CAMC is included in the item rates and the same has to be borne by the Vendor. Note: CAMC Charges for each year of operation from 3rd year to 7th year shall be minimum 3% of the supply and Installation Cost. In case the successful bidder quotes less than 3% of the value in Line item 1.1 as mentioned above, then for the purpose of payment ‘quoted amount’ (3rd year to 7th year) would be considered as follows: a. CAMC rate for the years which are less than 3% shall be made 3% and equivalent amount shall be deducted from the quoted rate in Line Item 1.1
