Providing and constructing 115mm thick brick masonry in CM 1:4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand) in partition walls, parapets, etc. with bricks of standard sizes and of approved quality (average compressive strength not less than 50 Kg/cm2) including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, lead,lift, etc.complete including providing 2 Nos. of 6mm dia bars as reinforcement at every third layer wherever specified (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for under relevent item ) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
(SH: - 5.0 - STEEL WORK)
Structural steel work welded in built up sections,trussess and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over two coats of anticorrossive Yellow zinc chromate primer including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges ,lead,lift etc complete as directed by Engineer- in- Charge at all levels.
Steel work in built up tubular sections YST 310 grade as per IS: 4923 including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete with electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes including painting with two coats of approved make and colour synthetic enamel paint over two coats of approved make anticorrossive yellow zinc chromate primer, closing all the open ends properly with same material cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.
Providing and fixing M.S round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plate including two coats of approved make and colour synthetic enamel paint over two coats of approved make yellow zinc chromate primer,including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,lead,lift etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
(SH: - 6.0 - ROOFING WORK)
Providing and laying profiled sheeting 970mm to 1000mm cover width, 26/28mm crest height at 195-200mm centers, made out of '0.5mm TCT, Cold Rolled steel of 550 Mpa yield strength conforming to ASTM A 368 or AS 1595 with hot dip metalic coating 'of minimum 150gm/Sqm zinc-aluminium alloy coating mass (55% Aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% Silicon ) total of both size as 'per ASTM A 792 or AS1397. The colour have shall have a total coating thickness iof 35microns of polyster paint system as per 'AS/NZS - 2728:1997 ( category 3 ) of approved colour, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat on top surface and 5 microns reverse 'coat on back surface over 5 microns primer coat on both surfaces. Roofing sheet shall be factory cut and required length of '(up to 12mtr ) to suite site conditions and design drawings. Roofing sheet shall be crest fixed to purlines with hot dip 'galvanized self drilling fastners with integral EPDM washers (one fastner on each crest) also, fastners to be provided on side laps. 'Minimum sheet overlap at end laps shall be 150mm. Penetration and end laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant. 'Profiled HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between capings and troughs of the sheet to provide a 'weather tight exterior. Rate shall include cost and conveyence of all materials, lead, lift, scaffolding, all labour charges, making the roof water tight with required sealent etc complete at all level and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(SH: - 7.0 - FINISHING WORKS)
15mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at all levels.
Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint for new work (Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/ 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffoldings etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge at all levels.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand over the priming coat primer and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work
(SH: - 8.0 - DISMANTLING WORKS)
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

(SH: - 9.0 - Miscellaneous works
Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete
Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-Charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia.
