Taking dawn old unservicable LT Panel of any size, any type and any capacity deposit in MES YARD and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof factory made CPRI approved IP-65 LT feeder pillar box, out door cubicle/KIOSK type totally enclosed outer cage made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal and inner compartments of 2.0 mm thick sheet metal enclosure with angle iron frame of MS angle 50x50x6 mm grouted in CM, 45 cm below ground level and 60 cm above round suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber /wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated internally/ externally of approved colour with PCC foundation and aluminum bus bar for 3 phase & neutral mounted on epoxy insulator-01 Set, size 1.2 x 1.0 x 0.5 Mtr (approx) including connecting the following:- Location offr mess

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60 x 0.6 cms thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth of not less than 2.25 Mtrs below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanised iton strip of 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30x30 CM made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle, angle iron frame of angle iron size 40 x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
