Attending of complaints from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs by deploying electricians along with helpers for checking of existing electrical items including carried out minor repair such as changing of fuse, starter, rod, small pieces of wire etc. carrying out repairs such as tightening of lose electric connections, nuts, bolts, screws, switches, sockets, switch boards ceiling fans/exhaust fan etc. as required to make the item functional and to ensure continuous electric supply complete as specified and directed. Note: (a) Replacement of electric fitting shall measure and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P etc. (c) The safety and insurance of persons/helper engaged in Execution shall be responsibility of contractor. (d) As the Nos of complaints shall be on required basis the financial effect to this is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc. complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls ceiling etc. all as per existing including white washing, painting all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of two single core PVC cable PVC insulated 6/4 sqmm size cable including conduit or wooden batten and removing the material from site and making good the surfaces of walls, ceiling etc. all as per existing including white washing, painting all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable main switch/DB's complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed, FRLS cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade with universal colour code (Phase & Neutral), drawn in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) with accessories like bends, tee junction boxes fixed on wall, ceiling etc. with sunk mild steel pressed terminal box 1.6mm thick sheet duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 3mm thick laminated bakelite sheet top cover including earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS cable, copper conductor multi-stranded, 1.5 Sq.mm size in green colour, for one light / call bell / fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser item No. 5 above but for 5 amps socket on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sheet metal DB's TPN 4 way 240 Volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door epoxy coated IP-43 paint inside and outside suitable for MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sheet metal DB's TPN 8 way 240 Volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door epoxy coated IP-43 paint inside and outside suitable for isolator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MCCB 3 pole of capacity 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 Kilo Amps including all electrical connections and fixing arrangement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing MCCB 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 Kilo Amps including all electrical connections and fixing arrangement all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of City 1 new decorative wall light fixture made up of polycarbonate, suitable for 12 W retrofit CFL (Spiral B-22 base) lamp type 1x15 W retrofit CFL (including CFL) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells cat part no LHDL-02160099 or equivalent as mentioned in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 1X25Watts including lamp made of pressure die cast housed with heat resistance toughened glass and high power LED with secondary optics,aluminium IP66 protection, 6500K impact resistance of IK 07 & 10 KV(SEOUL) external surge protection device including necessary brackets, nuts, bolts and washer as required for fixing and making electrical connections to by using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 0.75Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of surface mounted LED batten light fitting with LED tube rod 2 feet 110 watt having thermally conductive material heat sink lumen output 2100 lumen (min) 6500 K, power factor more than 0.95, IP-20 class-I protection with in build LED driver, surge protection up to 4 KV, operative on 140 volt to 270 volt AC supply complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall provide 2 years written manufacturer's warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion. (ii) Contractor shall produce LM-79 & LM-80 report of NABL accredited laboratory from manufacturers.

Supply and fixing in replacement of energy saving bulk head luminaries with opal diffuse LED 1x10 watt 6000 K power factor more than 0.90 IP-65 class-I protection with high efficiency LED electronic driver, surge protection up to 2 KV, operative on 140 volts to 270 volts AC supply complete prewired products must be made in India only connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells cat part no LHEOAOP7UZ6W010 or equivalent as mentioned in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications. Note: (i) Contractor shall be provided 2 years written manufacturer’s warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion. (ii) Contractor shall be produce LM-79 & LM-80 report of NABL accredited laboratory from manufacturer's.

Notes: (i) Contractor shall provide 2 years written warranty for the LED fixture complete including driver from the certified date of completion from the local office bearer of manufacturers. (ii) Contractor shall produce LM-79 & LM-80 Report of NABL accredited Laboratory duly signed by the office bearer of manufacturer.

Supply and fixing LED tube rod 20 Watt in existing tube light fittings including making necessary connections as required for LED tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED tube rod 18 Watt in existing tube light fittings including making necessary connections as required for LED tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED bulb 5 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED bulb 9 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED bulb 12 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 6.0 Sqmm as earth lead in and including 25mm dia PVC concealed conduit with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead in and including 25mm dia PVC concealed conduit with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' upto 2 metre above ground level and connected to machinery earth plate surrounded by packed alternate layers of charcoal and common salt 15cm thick all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore GI light grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009, testing on completion including providing PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and 8mm dia TMT bars 100mm C/C both way and frame including excavation earthwork and returning filling etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth pit shall be constructed 50cm from the side of excavation to avoid sinking of pit.
