GE (AF) MC/CHD/T-52/2026-27 SPECIAL REPAIR TO TOILETS OF ARJUN AND PRATAP BILLETS AT 3 BRD UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

Demolition of lime concrete / lean concrete /Brick bats etc from sunken slab portion exc. 15 cm thick but above ground floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge including removal of demolished material and debris away from site a location designated by local administration up to a distance 1.5 km from site. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L lean concrete type E-2 (1:5:10) using 40mm bricks bats aggregate as in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Spout pipe for sunken work made out of 40 mm dia medium grade Galvanized Iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approval in Technical Instruction 5/2003 by providing: (a) 15mm thick plaster (1:4) cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on floor and wall / beam , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @0.5 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.25 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.25 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.15 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Floor area of the sunken slab shall be measured only. Make of Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious compound -Dr.fixit/ Fosroc ( Brushbond) /Sika (Sikatop-100)

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for super gloss finished/carving (PGVT) tiles external/Internal in vertical surfaces 600mm x 1200mmx 7 to 8mm thick over & including 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry or tile adhesive and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing tile and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Orient ceramic/H&R Johnson/Kajaria etc.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and Including 15 thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and Including 15 thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for , Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick as in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles ,10 mm thick for wall finished in Cement Mortar 1:4 , including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) removal of rubbish off the premises debris away from site to a designated point by local administration or a distance up to 1.5 km from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
