Dismantling of Pole/ Street light/ strut embedded in CC foundation etc.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. 16 meter.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 4.5 Mtr. and upto 6 Mtr.

Supplying of two length of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per meter) double pole Cross arm for three wire 33 KV OH Line conductor complete with through bolt and nuts for clamping to the pole, 50 mm X 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins / fittings, bolts and nuts and washers etc and painting with primer and finish pain as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M,S. flat iron clamps, bolt and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement. 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4: 8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqmm. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in:: Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 fine sand)

Providing & laying of approved gravels stone of 40mm nominal size of average thickness 100mm

Providing and fixing of 33kV, 1250A, GOAB isolator.

Providing and fixing of Drop out fuse unit.

Providing and fixing of isolator pad connector for isolator to conductor.

MCCB Box Size- 800x120x300mm

Providing and fixing of MCCB, 250A, 4Pole.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
