Replace of unserviceable gear driven pop up sprinkler (full/part), 1 1/4'' inlet, capable dia 28 mtr to 50 mtr 2.8-6.9 bars with a discharge rate of 25.4 - 116 lpm. The sprinkler shall have internal seal -A- matic device which prevents low head drainage (upto 3.1m) & hence puddling & Erosion.The sprinkler shall be capable of both non reversing full circle and part circle operation in the same unit. The sprinkler shall have a non -strippable drive mechanism and permit manual rotation of the pop up stem in any direction. This shall have no effect on either or the derive or the set arc. Once the manual rotation is terminated, the sprinkler shall autoatically return the water stream to its preset arc.The arc adjustment can be performed on both the right and left trip of the sprinkler. The sprinkler shall have rotating nozzel turret indepedent of riser stem.The sprinkler shall have a pressure -activated wiper seal,1"bottom inlet. The body of sprikler shall have a double-wall contraction and made of heavy- duty, UV -resistent plastic.The sprinkler shall have 8 interchangeable nozzles having three ports for optimal close -in, mid -range and long range water distribution (Make: Toro(USA)/Nelson(USA)/K-rain

Replace of unserviceable 1-1/4" rain gun made of aluminium having discharge of 100 to 231 LPM at 2 to 5 pressure bar, having dia meter of coverage 19-29 meter. Rain gun should be part circle & full circle adjustment.(Make : Acutech/Neer/Nelson)

Replace of unserviceable PP/PE Service Saddle of size 90mm X 1 1/4" metalic (Make: Acutech/Fusatech/Rainson)

Replace of unserviceable Brass QCV(Quick coupling valve)/QRC(quick release valve) of size 1-1/4" (Make : Acutech/Neer/Nelson)

Supply & fixing in replacement butter fly valve of size 80mm (Make : ZOLOTO/AUDCO/ADVANCE)

Replace of unserviceable Disc filter (120 mesh) 50m3 /hr having an inlet & two outlets connections of 3", 2 pressure gauge ports of 3/4" ,a helix made of fiber glass reinforce polyamide at base of disc filter cartridge to create a helical effect in the incoming water ,spinning particulate in suspension away from the filtering element and so minimizing cleanings frequency ,3/4" outlet for flushing at bottom of filter & maximum working pressure of 14 bars including taking out all as directed by engineer - in - charge (Make: Joshi/AZUD/ Amiad)

Supplying , laying , jointing, welding & testing MS Pipe (Heavy duty class 'C') of following sizes laid in trenches or laying on floors for connections to centrifugal pump sets for suction, pump to header and to connect out going water main CI/DI pipe line all as directed by engineer - in - charge

Supplying and fixing, upto 100 mm bore MS flanges not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of MS pipe. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge :-

M&L for Joints with rubber or fibre board gasket including nuts,bolts and double washers upto 100 mm bore. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,Installation testing and commissioning of Factory made LT panel board indoor type, dust & Vermin proof fabricated out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet fixed with Angle iron frame of size 1500mmx1200mmx350mm duly powder coated complete using lugs,and glands of cable connection and having epoxy coated copper bus bar 04 wire system of 200 Amp capacity mounted on epoxy insulators, prewired with suitable size of PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor cable having independent enclosure for incoming and outgoing electrical connection and cable gland at bottom for incoming and outgoing and locking arrangement on front side and taking down existing LT panel and all as directed by Engineer in Charge including following fittings and fixtures. Note: -(i) Panel shall be fixed on base made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C2, size of the base shall be as per manufacturer instructions. Cost of the base shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Material and Labour in replacement for CI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle ) tapers any type, collars,tail pieces,caps and plugs up to 150 mm bore confirming to IS: 1538-1993 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of CI foot valve flanged type including nuts bolts washers and rubber 100mm dia confirming to IS- 4038 complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacement gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI Marked, as per IS: 778 of 50mm bore dia complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacement cast Iron Sluice Valve 100 mm bore, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete with Nut, Bolts, washers and gasket complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of 50 mm Bore dia without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends, pressure rating PN 1.0 complete including taking out unserviceable NRV complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

S & F for fabrication and fixed sheet with angle iron galvalunam sheet,concrete and painting over a steel surfces fixed with screw complete all as specified by engr-in-charge

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip 32x6mm size . Earth strip to be connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I.

An amount of Rs 11065.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
