RequiredThe Tenderer should furnish documentary - Work Done Certificates for having executed similar WORK or similar equipment authorised dealer/manufacturer nature of work and value within the last five years. Satisfactorily completed at least one similar works of value not less than 50 percentage Rs.1.11 lakhs in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26

RequiredThe Tenderer should have achieved turn over equal to the estimate cost Rs.2.22 lakhs in any two year of the last five Financial Years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 respectively. As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet/ Annual Turnover certificate duly certified by The Chartered Account.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
