Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick plain cment concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor directed by EIC.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectuangular) area of each tiles not exc 0.11 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles laying over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 etc all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for dismantling wall and ceilling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blanket any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed br Engr-in-charge.

M&L 9 mm thick prelaminated partical board, interior grade ,prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination ,fixed with nails as in wall panelling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

M & L for dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed br Engr-in-charge.

S & F of 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed br Engr-in-charge.

S & F of 0.63mm thick, plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed br Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one priming coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frames) n. exc 1.50 Sqm each (Steel/Wooden), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for sheet 5.0mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick plain cment concrete 1:4:8 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment.

S & F butt hinges 100mm mild steel cold rolled, medium weight, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs, MS sliding door bolts 250 mm long clip type, stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on stapple plate and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs, MS barrel tower bolt 150mm long stove enamelled black, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 150mm Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Curtain rail Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised 125 mm size, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight).

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 52460.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
