M & L mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of manholes any size and exc 1.5m depth including lifting, remmoving sludge, water by mechanical means and cleaning with clean/ fresh water including cutting grass, vegetation and bushes to a width of 60cm all alround manholes complete all as specified and directed. Note : the sludge obtained while cleaning shall be removed from the site to outside of MOD land earmarked by local municiple authority. The rates quoted for items shall include the above provns also.

Taking out/pumping contaminated sewage water sludge from septic tank/soakage well/ incl inlet/outlet chamber after plugin incoming sewage line suction(vaccum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vaccum and removing and dumping off the same in tank to a place out side contonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controling the area as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Contractor is advised to ascertain the place suitable/earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality or area controling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of waste at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractor and no representation or objection in this regard will be entertained at any later stage.

M&L in repairs 300x300x25mm thick prepolished cement concrete chequered tiles jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the floor and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1.4 and incl removal of old and necessary demolition of old flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate 75mm thick as in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer and all as specified and directed and demolition of Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ washbasin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horinzontal pipe embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damaged portion of flooring, laying and matching of tiles in the existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC of the upper Qtr or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damaged soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damaged portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and finished the surfaces matching to existing wall complete to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 30 & 31 :- (a) Find out main cause of leakage and take necessary steps to resolve / rectify. (b) Replace existing tiles in case leakage through NT/FT. (c) The rate also include for provision of new NT/FT. (d) The unit rate is also deemed to be included for reqd bonding chemicals to arrest the leakage/seepage as directed by the manufacturer's specification. M&L Cleaning/ clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 150 mm to 300 mm dia main line from 1st manhole onwards bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desludging, descaling & decoking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV /LMV/HMV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same out side MD land and deposit where the place marked by the local municipality, all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaints of different type of sewage work such as removing blockage of WCs, floor traps, Nahani traps, Gully traps, CI/PVC pipes all types any size, any height top to bottom including junction etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage from nahani traps of bathroom/kitchen/Urinal/toilet in ground floor and upper floors all types any size, any height by taking out mud/sand incl taking out lid and re-fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage from Gully trap to 1st manhole in ground floor, all types any size, any location by taking out mud/sand incl taking out lid and re-fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 62, 63, 64 & 65 :-The unit quoted rate is deemed to be included for the following :-

(a) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Cutting the grass/felling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 60 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shall be made good carefully by filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

(b) Safaiwala shall report to concerned JE /AGE in service centre B&R daily including Sunday and holiday and get the job card for carrying out the work. The Job card shall be returned to concerned JE/AGE duly signed by the users as a token of completion of job.

(c) Cleaning, removal of silts/wastage of organic or inorganic materials of Sewage line of 100mm to 450mm bore up to 1st manhole, in between manholes, GT Chamber, etc to maintain sewage system functional all working days including Sundays and holidays along with necessary T&P i.e flexible rods, cleaning pumps and safety kits etc.

(d) The complaints to be rectified within SIX hours on same day. In case of delay in rectification of complaint for more than Six hours, the penalty will be levied @ Rs.100.00 Per complaint/ day.

(e) In case the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within a period of 6 hrs then the same shall be brought to the notice of the GE/Engr-in-Charge and the period for the completion of the complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC.

Running welding in repairs exc 6 mm but n exc 9mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC, 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed aggregate) in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, incl necessary demolition all as specified and as directed.

Forming Construction joints 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearance by Scraping of grass/wild growth/trees cutting n.exc 0.30m girth etc in soft/loose soil by manually/mechanically including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance exc, 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 incl taking down old glass and removing the rubbish to a distance not less than 100 m and deposited where directed:-

Note for item No 76 : The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for following :- (a) 25mm layer of cement mortar glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting.

(b) Taking down existing glass from coping.

(c) Scaffolding for execution of work and protective measures should be taken by the contractor.

S & F in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot dipped galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete,incl removal of old U/S concertina coil all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in concrete in floor of SWT, laid to slope for further treatment with using integral water proofing compound and demolition of concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liqued water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) all as specified and direted.

Dismantling structural steel work incl doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs framed work as in doors or gates of angle,tubes or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,guard bar etc., complete, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members not exceeding 4kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces and all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment incl removal of old and necessary demolition and all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms, shelves in cupboard,handwash places and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good by pointing in cement mortar (1:2) using admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in Cement Mortar (1:6) colour of granite as approved incl removal of old all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any discription or thickness in floor (ii) The unit rate is deemed to be included for rounding to edges of stone slabs.

M&L for in repairs Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:4, type B0 1:2:4 , faces are finished smooth including demolition of old mouldings complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 0.50mm thick Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of old corrugated AC/fibre/GI sheet of any pattern in roof incl ridge complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning and Removing silt, grit , mud and other materials from covered drain in foul condition including removing materials from the site to outside MD land including necessary removing cover slabs and replacing after cleaning complete area including making good any damages complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 94 :- The unit rate is deemed to be included for Removing of accumulated earth at sides of drain of any width and depth up to 30 cm. cleaning/cutting the grass around 1 m from drain (both sides) and removing the grass waste to outside MD land. Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level . Note :- An amount of Rs 61495.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum
