Supplying of standard Aluminium Conductor of following sizes PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE multicore power cable Armoured of 1.1 KV Grade as required

1 no 4 Core X 35 Sq.mm Aluminium Cable

1 no 4.0 Core X 10 Sq.mm Aluminium Cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable up to 35 Sq.mm cable of 1.1 KV Grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE- DCW pipe etc. as required

Supply and laying of one number of 63 mm dia (63 MM OD X 51 MM ID) double walled corrugated (DWC) High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes with couplers, bends, if necessary, having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall conforming to IS-14930 (Part I & II) complete with necessary HDPE fitting for protection for cable size up to 35.0 Sq.mmof 1.1 KV grade underground Aluminium XLPE cable directly in ground at a depth of 75cm including excavation in hard soil/hard rock and refilling the trench etc complete as required.

Supply and laying of one number of 63 mm dia (63 MM OD X 51 MM ID) double walled corrugated (DWC) High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes with couplers, bends, if necessary, having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall conforming to IS-14930 (Part I & II) complete with necessary HDPE fitting for protection for cable size up to 35.0 Sq.mmof 1.1 KV grade underground Aluminium XLPE cable directly in existing trech, wall, etc complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following capacity PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV Grade

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of main street light panel with timer switch box, powder coated, fabricated out of 14 SWG, double door, free standing outdoor panel comprising 160 Amps 4Pole, 25KA MCCB, 415 volts, 50 HZ as incoming with 60A, 4P power contactor, Timer switch, single phase MCB for control, suitble capacity busbar, 05 nos 6-32 Amps, 4Pole MCB as outgoing, on/off switch for manual mode, control and power wiring panel shall be suitable for outdoor application, including necessary civil works, etc., to complete the work in all respect.

Supply & fixing of long life versatile smart single piece pressure die-cast aluminium IP 66 roadway luminaire with high power 72 Watts LEDs 6000 K lumens as light source and exclusively designed hear resistant toughened Glass cover along with electronic driver Street Light fittings complete in all respect. (Similar to Jaquar make 72 Watts model no OSL-GRY-LSRTTOSO72XC or its equivalent)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick in hard rock /Soil including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm X 5mm G.I. Strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring, wsaher excavation and refilling etc as required.
