Technical assistants for operation of central water chilling plant (I and II) and tertiary treatment plant, IGCAR Kalpakkam.

Operation of Chillers in Central Water Chilling Plant-(1 & 2) &Tertiary Treatment Plant:

Providing round-the-clock shift operation of 3000TR & 2250 TR capacity Central water chilling plant(1 & 2)& 400 m³/day capacity Tertiary Treatment Plant in IGCAR with RTC shift operation. The responsbilities of shift in charge shall include operation of 6 nos of 550TR capacity centrifugal chillers in CWCP-1, 2 nos of 750TR centrifugal chillers ,2 nos of 375TR screw chillers at CWCP-2 & 2 nos of 200 m³/day capacity Tertiary Treatment Plant,based on the load logging of process parameters.

Operation of user-end air handling units, primary and secondary booster pumps and cooling towers : Providing round the clock shift operation of user end air handling units, booster pumps, fan coil units associated with CWCP-1 & 2 in IGCAR with RTC shift operator. The responsibilities of shift operator include operation of AHUs, booster pumps located at various buildings of IGCAR.

Operation of Tertiary Treatment Plant : Providing round the clock shift operation of Feed & Back wash Pumps( for UF,Activated Carbon filter & RO),Compressor,CEB system,CIP system in TTP, IGCAR with RTC shift operator. The responsibilities of shift operator include operation of Feed & Back wash Pumps,Compressor,CEB system & CIP system in TTP, IGCAR.
