M&L for Cleaning,sterilization and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr by using through bacteriological treatment by using chemical compound & removing all muddy sludge & foreign particles from the tank and drain the tank with suction wiper making it dry and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc with water, writing the item "Tank Cleaned on" indicating the date, month & year of cleaning on external surface of tank walls with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Contarctor will be Responsible for rectification of complaints occured during cleaning the tank, i.e. No Water in Tank/ Over Flow/ Brocken Float Valve/ tank cover/ Blokage in Pipe Line.

Demolition of existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down , existing plaster etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for correction of roof slab / roof padding making necessary slope etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering/screed on terrace or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair and apply WPC (WPC @3% by wt of cement measured and paid seperately) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC may apply as per manufactures instructions or 3% by the wt of cement) of complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying APP modified water proofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab with following specification including brushing off the surface to receive the treatment obtain the required surface :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying min 3mm thick APP membrane Plain finish weight not less than 3 to 4 kg per sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Applying two coat of aluminium paint incl preparartion of surface. Note :Laying of APP membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and Preparation of plastered wall surfaces using mechanical means and removing all fungus, black stains, algae etc and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/itre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungel resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including piming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litrel 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
