Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item here under.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n'exc 15cm thick below or above GL complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement including filling of construction joint with bituminous sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations/ mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.
