Supply of elevated type Omni-directional Blue, medium intensity LED type Taxiway Edge Light fitting suitable for Taxiway, Apron Edge Lights, Turning Pad Lights for operation at 6.6 Amps, series circuit supply, complete with Omni-directional, Lens clamping mechanism, breakable coupling, gasket, two pin secondary leads, base plate with 06 Nos, M - 10 stainless steel bolts and other accessories including White/blue LED with an integrated encapsulated electronic module complete as required conforming to latest ICAO Annex-14 requirement and as specified in Aerodrome Design Manual, Part 4 (Visual Aids) latest edition.

Supply of FAA certified LED type inset omnidirectional Blue colour fitting for aviation visual aid at taxiway edge, apron edge, turning pad lights complete with LED, lenses / prism, filters , lense protection ring , shallow base, matching body, single plug, inner & outer cover, two pin secondary leads complete with other accessories, ready for site installation on existing housing boxes suitable for 6.6A etc. complete as required conforming to latest ICAO Annex-14 requirement and as specified in Aerodrome Design Manual, Part 4 (Visual Aids) latest edition.

Supply of 8" shallow base suitable for installation of existing inset fixtures complete etc as required

Supply of 1 x 6 sq.mm, 5 KV grade copper conductor XLPE insulated, polyethylene sheathed, single core, copper tape screened Airfield Ground Lighting series cable as per specifications as required.

Supply of 2X4 sq.mm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed, 600V grade cable as specified in particular specification and as required.

Supply of 6 Sqmm plug & receptacle of type I, class B connector & suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated PE sheathed single core screened copper conductor cable as required.

Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm, 600 V grade plug and receptacle of type II, class 'B' connector and suitable field attachment with EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, two core copper conductor secondary cable as required.

Supply of 15 watts, 6.6A/6.6A, 5 KV 50 Hz, PCP encapsulated isolating transformer suitable for individual series lamps airport lighting circuits. The transformer shall be designed to be water proof and suitable for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base complete as per specifications attached.

Supply of LED Guidance Sign Board of various sizes as per ICAO Annex.14 Vol.I (legends as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) made out of anodized 2mm thick Aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5MM thick Al. backcover, 4 MM thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter & symbol should be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self adhesive film of 3M applied on the inside face with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness & locking arrangement, signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with LED lights with 24 V DC converter to achieve illumination level operated on input source 2.5A to 6.6A constant current without flickering including suitable rating isolating transformer, secondary leads, supporting frangible legs & frame etc. complete as required and as specified.

Supply of cubicle MS transformer housing box of size 600X350X450 mm made of 6mm thick all around except the top surface which is 10mm thick having 02 nos equidistance hole and one no. hole on side surfaces suitable for 63/50mm dia HDPE/DWC pipe & having 02 drain holes at the bottom suitably tapped to receive the 02 no. 15 mm dia B class GI pipe . The MS top cover of size 600 X350 mm & 10 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket & 08 no. M 10 tapped hole & bolts as required as per specification. The housing box should have detachable stand of 500mX125mmX100m made of 06mm MS rod & legs made of 8mm MS rod suitable for keeping the isolating transformer on the top surface of this stand etc. as per drawing approved by Engg In Charge.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63mm dia(OD-63 mm & ID-51mm nominal)

Supply and Laying of 63 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe i/c providing the socket, lock/check nut at both ends connecting to the existing transformer housing boxes in hard surface by using jack hammer/ hydraulic excavator cutter etc. Upto depth of 0.5 mtr i/c getting out the excavated materials, returnig the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposit layer by ramming watering etc. & disposal of unservicable material etc. as required as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Supply & laying of 01 No. 63 mm dia size PN6, PE 80 rating HDPE pipe through trenchless technology upto a depth of approx. 2 meter in all kind of soil as required and as specified..

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset fittings with core drilling, aligning & setting including providing sealing material & installation of shallow base, isolating transformers, crimping / joining of plug & receptacles and moulding the leads, connection of secondary leads alongwith other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all consuamables materials etc. as required.(except supply of fixture, secondary lead & isolating transformer).

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated Taxiway edge/RGL fittings aligning , on the existing transformer housing box i/c. installation of transformer, lens and other accessories, alignment, levelling etc. as reqd. installation of isolating transformers, crimping / jointing of plug , receptacles and moulding / crimping the leads, connection of leads alongwith other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all consuamables materials etc. as required.(except supply of fixture, lead & isolating transformer).

Installation of transformer housing box near approach/runway / taxiway shoulder/apron in soft soil & disposal of debries at a lead of atleast 50 mtrs i/c making 150mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) all around the box and bottom i/c. providing and fixing suitable 2 nos. H.D. GI Hose Clamps suitable for holding HDPE/DWC Pipes and 10" long 1/2" dia B-class GI pipe at the bottom of the housing box for drainage of water i/c. excavation, alignment, levelling, finishing with cement plaster of projected surface of housing box of size 1 mt. x 1 mt. approx. and needs cements finish on the top etc. as reqd as per direction of Enginner-in charge .

Installation of guidance signboards of various sizes i/c installation of isolating transformer and providing secondary leads etc. i/c supply of all materials (except isolating transformer), i/c pedestal upto 1m all around the signage with 1:2:4 (cement, concrete, coarse) of thickness 100mm with neat cement finish plaster, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40mm dia, accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate on the top having locking arrangement and watering pipe, complete with charcoal and salt etc. as required.

Providing and Laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia GI wire in 15mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode as required.

Cutting kerf of suitable size i/c chipping, hammering, cleaning & drying etc. & refilling the kerf with sealant material including primer etc. as reqd. in bitumin/PQC area & laying following numbers of secondary leads:-

01 No. Secondary lead of size 2x4 sq.mm.

2 No. Secondary lead of size 2x4 sq.mm.

3 No. Secondary lead of size 2x4 sq.mm.

Supplying, Fabricatrion and installation of cubical Feeder Pillar box of nominal size 450 mm (Width) x 250 mm (Depth) x 500mm(Height) of MS Sheet 2mm thick Welded structure. Frangible legs 02 Nos. with proper grouting by cement concrete of 1:2:4 grade. Feeder Pillar legs should be breakable & grouted 0.3 Mtr deep from ground level i/c providing 2 nos. fuse base with copper link on heylem sheet of proper thickness suitable for voltage 5 KV grade and providing 2 Nos. earthing stud outer side of the Panel, openable door on one side with locking arrangement, bottom 4 Nos. hole for cable entry of size 1 x 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade, painting with yellow enamel paint after application of red oxide primer top slope all side including providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 core sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 2mtr. X 2mtr. X 0.1mtr. all around the feeder pillar complete as required.

Providing & laying of 6SWG dia GI wire in the existing pipe etc. as reqd.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated & PVC sheathed AFL screened cable of 5 KV grade size /LT cable/secondary lead upto 25 sqmm in the existing RCC/ METAL/HDPE pipe as reqd.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated & PVC sheathed AFL screened cable of 5 KV grade size /LT cable/secondary lead upto 25 sqmm in the existing masonary open duct as reqd.

Supply, filling and compaction of cold bitumen in around on runway/taxiway at discrete locations including cleaning the area by blower or other suitable means as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Numbering of GLF fittings/sign boards/feeder pillar etc as required.

Supply & fixing of pre cast RCC manhole chamber of size 1000 mm inner dia x 500 mm deep with wall thickness of 50 mm along with suitable RCC cover having 75 mm thickness with lifting hooks, making suitable holes in the chamber for cable / pipe entries as per site requirements. Job includes providing PCC base of grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 40 mm size concrete) of 100 mm thickness at the bottom including required excavation etc complete as required.

Providing and laying 50 mm dia medium class GI pipe in the existing excavated trench for road/drain crossings with accessories etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing elevated type taxiway edge light/RGL fixture complete in all respect and transporting it to the AAI Store.

Dismantling of Top Assembely from existing inset type light fixures & shifting the same to AAI store etc.

Dismantling of shallow bases ( bottom box) from existing inset type light fixures & shifting the same to AAI store etc.

Dismantling of existing Housing Boxes and transporting upto AAI stores with stacking the same at specified location in the store etc as required.

Dismantling of existing guidance signboards of various sizes i/c dismantling of base plates, signboards, legs, accessories etc and transporting it to the AAI Store etc. as required.

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract.
