Slip clearance in 70% ordinary soils and 30% in soils mixed with Decomposed Rocks; by blasting or any other means including disposal lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
Earth work in excavation by manual means 70% in all kind of soil and 30% in ordinary rock in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceding 1.5 mtr. In width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr. from cutting edge. disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 crushed graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 crushed graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets etc.
Hand-packing stones in wire-crates; excluding cost of crates and stones.
Carriage /shifting of mulba with in 1 Km lead by mechanical transport including loading and unloading.
Carriage of Sand from source to site of work by an average distance 50 Km by M.T.
Carriage of 20mm and down gauge aggregate from source to site of work by an average distance 33 Km by M.T.
Carriage of 40mm and down gauge aggregate from source to site of work by an average distance 33 Km by M.T.
Supply of stone from source to site of work including loading, unloading etc.
Supply of G.I wire crates including carriages loading / unloading etc.
