Sand filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification.

Plain / retain forced cement concrete, in substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification & steel shuttering form works (N) without plasticizer (A) PCC grade M-15

Providing from work in ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering & propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footing, bases of column, pile cap, raft and mass concrete works etc.

Supplying , fitting and placing TMT bar reinforced in sub-structure complete as per drawing a technical specification, with TATA make TMT rebar

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position reinforcement bar conforming to relevant IS code, for reinforced cement concrete works in piles, including straightening, cleaning cutting & bending to proper shapes & length as per specification and drawing. The rings, should be welded with vertical reinforcement as per specified IS code of practice. (inclusive of lap length, hook, chair, bend, anchor etc.) (A) TMT bar made of primary producer (from primary producer)

Providing cast in-situ machine driven reinforced cement concrete piles of required bore/diameter bulb diameter length and with reinforcement as per specification and drawing including using of Bentonite solution, (Reinforcement to be measured abond paid separately) as per item No. 21. 5.1) (i) Pile dia 300mm with 750mm bulb diameter (A) TMT bar made of primary producer (For primary producer)

Extra for boring specified dia pile in high sub-soil water level requiring use of drilling mud and extra cement (ii) 300mm dia

20mm thick cement plaster in two coats on single or half brick walls for interior plastering up to first floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chaimferss and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed (A) on rough side (backing coat 15mm and finishing coat 5mm thick) (a) in cement mortar 1:3

Collection & supply of approved quality hard blasted boulder of size 23cm to 30 cm (man size) & weighting not less than 40 kg. free from all dust and dirt and other foreign impurities including loading and unloading and stacking in regular measurable stack of approximately 1.0m height including payment of forest royalty, etc. complete as directed.

Labour charge of dumping of boulder in cage made of wire netting sheets of 8G wire mesh of size 2.57m x 1.66m with two sheets made in cage (supplied by the deptt. free of cost within 150mm) making the cage by lying the project ends. Filling bounder inside the cage and local carriage of boulder from a distance of 150.00m etc. complete (without boat)

Supply of Galvd. Wire netting sheets made of 8G wire of 152 mm (6”) square mesh in sheets of overall size 2.5m x 1.66m (8’-0” x 6’6”) with longitudinal wire at 152mm (6”) center and transverse wire at each wire of all size beyond the net size of 2.42m x 1.5m having knots of 12G wire at every joint of each sheets should not be less than 6.3 kg. (including of GST & L.S)

Construction of whole bamboo single pallasiding with mature bhaluka bamboo stack of 75mm to 100mm dia, 15cm. clear apart driven 1.5m to 1.80m above ground level & 1.00m to 1.20m below ground level with Bhaluka bamboo inclined struts fixed at 1.5m apart tied with three rows of horizontal jati bamboo kamies with G.I. wire of 16G/18G etc. complete as directed.

Supply of empty cement bag made of plastic/polythene of capacity 50 kg including VAT & all other taxes etc.

Labour charge laying pitching earth filed cement bags including excavation & borrowing earth, breaking clods filling in bafgs & supplying and stitching the mouth with in jute sutli etc. complete as directed (cement bags will be supplied by the deptt. free of cost) for borrowing earth from a distance beyond 30m and upto 60m.

Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel etc. from the Approachable site beyond 150m and upto 3km from the work site including loading from stqack and unloading at work site with 10 Ton capacity truck , supplying P.O.:. etc. complete as directed.

Construction of temporary shed with 300mm high plinth and floor, Blaluka Bamboo post driving at least 750mm underground height above plinth 2400mm, wattle wall mud plastered and while wash two coats, 100mm thick thatched roof, double mat doors and windows etc. complete as directed as specified with whole jati bamboo rua frame (to be used as store for keeping cement, rod etc.)

Collection and supply of earth by truck carriage in locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22 cm. thick including cutting and clearing light jungle trees upto 50cm girth ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of compensation for borrowing payment of compensation for borrowing earth from private land or forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the sevtiobon measured quty. of the completed and compacted section of earth work on account of shrinkage) for initial lead beyond 1/2 km & upto 4.00km and all lift.
