Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of hot water generator capable of delivering a heat output 2,00,000 KCal/Hr (one working and one stand by) using HSD oil with out let temp more than 90 degree and efficiency more than 90% complete in all respect, including following item of work: (a) Heater unit: Heat exchanger, consisting of closely wound, helical, concentric coils, arranged to give adequate No of passes on flue gas and made of ERW tubes, conforming to IS 3059 Part-I, suitable for high temperature all as per manufactures design and or required head and capacity. Design, Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of vertically mounted Thermic Fluid Heater (TFH) capable of delivering a heat output 2,00,000 K Cal/Hr (one working and one stand by) using HSD oil complete in all respect, including following item of work. (For NC's (E) ) (a) Out side temp (-) 30 degree centigrade (b) Desired inside temp 22 degree centigrade (c) And also considering suitable climate conditions of leh. (i) The tenderer should work out details of heat load calculations and technical parameters based on the building plan outside/inside parameters and design parameters as given in the tender and quote accordingly. (ii) The tenderer shall be responsible for the design of plant to meet required parameters and should get design approved from IIT/NIT for conditioning round the clock. (iii) The tenderer should get the plant installed by any of the original equipment manufacturer viz Voltas/Blue star /carrier with their recommended makes of compatible components/items. (iv) In case of any change in the technical parameter considered required to provide the design conditions, the tenderer should furnish the revised technical parameters along with the tender.
