Charges for checking and cleaning of APH main gear drive unit including decoupling of APH drive from motor, dismantling of fluid coupling, draining of gear box lube oil from gear box, opening of gear box inspection doors and bottom pinion door, cleaning, inspection and Checking of all components inside the gear box and pinion, checking the tapper lock bush, root gap and bottom gap of pinion and pin rack, and grinding the bur projected on bottom surface of the pinion and renewal of lubricant oils and assembly the same. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for checking of Guide bearing, the work includes draining of lube oil from bearing, removal of lube oil inlet and outlet pipe lines from guide bearing housing, removal of guide bearing housing cover, checking and correcting the guide bearing level, providing necessary lock cleaning and flushing of guide bearing, inspection of guide bearing, checking and correcting the level of guide bearing and renewal of new oil and assembly the same including cost of consumables and T & P’s etc.

Charges for dismantling the APH lube oil coolers from bed, removing the internal copper tube assembly, cleaning, servicing, checking and plugging the defective tubes and testing of cooler by hydraulic testing method and reassembling. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for complete overhauling of manhole doors. Including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s.

Charges for providing of scaffolding / temporary platform below the APH inside primary, secondary air duct, flue gas duct side of the APH for renewal of rotor angle, 'T' bar, By pass & CE radial seal setting and removal of scaffolding after completion of renewal work. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for removing the cover of support bearing, cleaning of sump, flushing, rinsing, inspection of internals, overhauling of lubricating lines, checking support bearing levels and providing covers etc in B pass. Including cost of consumables & hire Charges for T & P's.

Charges for checking the rotor level by master level and correcting by loosening / tightening of rotor lock bolt, further providing necessary locking arrangements for rotor, alignment of radial sector plates on both hot and cold end sides and setting of seal clearance by loosening of all radial and By pass seals,fixing of straight edge, removing the bolts and lock nuts By gas cutting, renewal of worn out and damaged radial and by pass seals and refixing of all seals and setting the required seal clearance and tack welding of sector plates & final alignment including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for loosening and dismantling the cold end / hot end all axial seals, removing the bolts and lock nuts by gas cutting & adjusting the Axial seal plate, the gap between Axial seal plate to sector plate, renewal of worn out and damaged axial seals and refixing of all seals and setting the required seal clearance and tack welding of sector plates and final alignment including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for withdrawing, lifting of cold end heating element basket by providing Necessary pulling & lifting arrangements, water washing & air blowing the baskets by keeping outside the APH to remove the Chocking, lifting, aligning, placing in Position inside the APH compartments including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for removal of fluid coupling, half multi disc, out put half coupling, damaged worn-out oil seals from the APH gear box and fixing of new oil seal and assembling of all dismantled components. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.
