Package type AC units: General servicing of the package units, removing the available filters, jet cleaning of the evoprator coil, cleaning of the out door condenser unit with water jet, checking of all the control circuit, checking of the opertion buttons, display, indication bulbs in the indoor unit etc., as required

Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the exisiting 7TR PAC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. (a) Gas topup in the circuit with R22 refrigerant.

Supplying and fixing of the outdoor fan motor suitable for the exisiting 7TR PAC units including removing of faulty items, testing etc., as required.

Precision type Package AC units: Providing repairs to the existing 17TR Precision Package AC unit of Make EMERSON including supplying, fixing and testing, commissioning of following spares including removing of faulty (if applciable) etc., as required. (a) Outdoor fan motor (suitable to above unit with approval of engineer in charge)

(b) Bearings for blower inlcuding removing, refixing and to & fro transportation

(c) 40 amps 3 pole contactor

(d) Belts A44

(e) single phase preventer

(f) Providing Nitrogen pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation (for 7TR / 14TR / 17TR circuits) etc., as required.

Split AC units: Providing repairs to Split type AC Units / accessories by repairs / replacement of the following components: (a) Complete Gas charging for 1.5 TR window / Split AC units/ single circuit of 1.5 TR split AC with R-22 refrigerant gas i/c pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation, purging with Refrigerant Gas etc, complete as required.

(b) Complete Gas charging for 1.5 TR Inverter type Split AC units with R410 refrigerant gas i/c i/c pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation, purging with Refrigerant Gas etc, complete as required.

S/F of the following accessories for the 1.5 TR AC units including removing of faulty items, refixing, testing etc., as required. (a) 36 / 45 micro Farad metal body, Run capacitor suitable for 440 volts 50 Hz AC Supply for Compressor

(b) Rewinding of fan motors (1.5TR window AC fan motor/ fan motor of indoor/outdoor unit in 1.5TR split AC unit)

(c) Split AC unit Blower Bush

(d) S/F of Split AC indoor unit Blower

(e) S/F of New Indoor blower fan motor suitable for 1.5TR split LG/Hitachi/Godrej AC units
