Supply, Erection , Testing and Commissioning of 4 mtr high Decorative Pole made out of GI tube 'B' class confirming to IS:1239 duly welded with MS base plate of size 250x250x10 mm and suitable mounting arrangement for fixing Post top light luminaire. The pole shall be fabricated in different sections (Bottom section-1000x140x4.8 mm, Upper section- 3000x76x3.6 mm) having Cast aluminium Embellishment as per Drawing no.1 enclosed with suitable size integral service connection box built in the pole and cover the same with circular strip welded as approved by Engineer-in-charge complete as required having 1 no. 6 Amp 'c' series SPMCB and 1 no. 25 Amp heavy duty four way connector. The pole shall primer coated and painted with Polyurethane paint in colour approved by Engineer-in-charge finishing etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1200 mm deep (800 mm below ground level and 400 mm above ground level) including excavation of earth, refilling, providing, cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm. dia-1200mm long (approx) -8Nos, and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -1400mm long (approx) -6 nos, (with suitable spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with providing, fixing and positioning of one set of foundation bolts comprising of 4 nos., 16 mm dia, 750 mm long J-Type MS bolts (Threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos. GI nuts and 2 nos. GI washers etc. per bolt and 1 no. anchor plate (3mm thick) of suitable size and providing 63 mm.(O.D) DWC pipe ISI marked for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 60 watt LED post top Luminaire made out of circular die casted aluminium body with three nos. die casted aluminium arms likely similar in the shape as per Drawing no.2 enclosed with polycarbonate clear/opal diffuser for glare free lighting .MCPCB having high lumen LED's are mounted on aluminium heat sinks. CRI>70,CCT-3000K, Life span of LED's ≥50,000 Hrs, sytem efficacy (L/W) ≥ 100L/W, operating Voltage -100-270V, PF≥0.95 , Surge protection -10KV, IP Protection -IP ≥65, IK≥07. Make of LED- Cree/Philips/Osram/ Nichia, THD< 10% etc. complete as required.

Supplying of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. cond. Armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade including connection, testing etc. as required. a) 2C x 16 sq. mm

b) 4C X 25 sq. mm

Supplying & drawing following size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required. a)3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and Laying of following size DWC HDPE Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS: 14930, Part-II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct-in-ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a)63 mm dia. (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed/XLPE Power Cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. Up to 35 sq. mm

Providing and Fixing 6 SWG dia. GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/sub-main wiring/cable as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT feeder pillar cubical type double door of size 1000 mm x 900mm x 300 mm deep duly compartmentalized and with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having hinged gasket cover and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers 100 mm and supported with MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls,duly 1:4 cement plaster, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles,ferrules wherever required, painting, numbering including supply and fixing of following accessories complete etc. as required (as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge) .
