Item No 13 : M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in floors for receiving kota/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 14 - M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in floor, over cement mortar laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab of the slab incl rubbing, polishing complete incl 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 - M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles complete all as specified and direct. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment (ii) Rendering shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Item No. 16 :- M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall finished even & rough complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 17 :- Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 18 :- M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 19 :- M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base, mass concrete & cinder concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 :- M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in plinth protection finishing even & fair wothout using extra cement laid in bays with construction 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 21 - M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in holdfast, cills, copings, bed plate, plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 :- M&L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas, roofs, facia, colum etc. by neccesary preparation i.e scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and clearing exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfacess and applying one coat of rust remover by brushing to rusted reinforcement to remove loose rust particles and allow to dry it for 2 to 3 hrs, insert the new reinforcement to damaged portion by drilling hoe at required distance, fill the epoxy into the hole by 2/3 of the hole and insert the reinforcement in the hole and binding the reinforcement at rusted portion of reinforcement, applying cement, slurry entire damaged area and plaster the surface with cement and sand and polymer liquid in 1:3:15 % of cement by weight and water as required, mixing properly and plaster the surface finished even and smooth by making the edge water dropping groves complete all as specified and directed. Note: cost of ormwork shall be also deemed to be included, in the quoted rate.

Item No. 23 :- Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 24 :- M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 25 :- M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compoud @200ml /50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair wothout using extra cement complete. Note: Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 26 :- M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed .

Item No 27 :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked.

Item No 28 :- Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 :- Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 30 : Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and removing to store.

Item No 31 : Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm each and removing to store.

Item No 32 : Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor and stone walls built in lime mortor for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 33 : S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc fitted to chowkhats for doors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 34 :- S&F Anodised aluminium frame with power coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 35 :- S&F Factory made 35 mm thick Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces and size of the members of shutter are per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated 2nd class hardwood rail and style complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 36 :- S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 37 :- S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings,frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 38 : S&F pressed steel frames of size 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 39 :- S&F pressed steel frames of size 165 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 40 :- S & F for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixing in opening as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 41 : S&F Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter & kitchen cupbord shutters with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying and fixing in frame at site as per specification and directed all as specified. Make approved by GE.

Item No. 42 :- S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, S & F in the frame as shown on drawing in section 8 of SSR-2020 Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 137 :- Preparing surface of sunken slab and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder complete all as specified. Water proofing treatment in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete (a) 10 mm thick rendering on roof surface/concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete. (b) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm (c) Applying preventely a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm mtr incl cleaning surfaces. (d) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less then 3kg/Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instructions. (e) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint including preparation complete

Item No 148 : M & L for false ceiling at all height of 600x600x15mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles micro looks edge laid on supe fine XL 15mm exposed grid systems with 15 mm wide T-section flanges. The frame work comprisesof main runner of size 15x32x3000mm spaced at 1200mm centre securing fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers (GI wire of 4.0 mm dia) tobe fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees of size 15x26x1200mm to interlocked between main runners at 600mm centers to form a 1200mm x 600mm module. Item No. 205 :- Supply and laying testing commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with multi staranded aluminium conductor laid in pipes, trenches/ducts, on poles etc for service connections of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 206 :- M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part -I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Item No. 209 :- S&F PP-R gate valves (brass insert) complete all as specified of size following size including taking down of existing unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
