Sch 'A' Part-I

Almirah Large Steel. (Drawing No. FD-1031) (a) Removal of dent and bends etc all over the Almirah large steel including shelves manually/mechanically including preparation of old decorated surfaces for painting all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Provision of Gas Welding in repairs to strengthen including repair/replacement of weak and damaged portion of Almirah steel large where required made to shape and size as specified in drawing and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of existing broken pair of foot rests of Almirah large steel with new one made out of PBI sheet 1.25mm thick, made to shape & size for each almirah as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Proper fitting of existing shelves of Almirah large steel with new MS nuts, clips/rivets etc of standard size for each alimirah, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Replacement of existing unserviceable shelves of Almirah large steel with new shelves made out of PBI Sheet one mm thick made to shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Making good the hinges by welding/screwing/replacing the broken screws inside the door shutters hinges and adjusting the same as required and making smooth functioning of shutter for each Almirah large steel all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) Taking out old unserviceable existing lock from Almirah large steel and providing new MS locks having 6 brass levers with two keys of best quality as approved by GE for each almirah. Make : Harrsion/Link locks/Godrej .

(h) Replacement of existing old unserviceable/broken handles with new MS CP handle of superior quality with nuts and washer to each Almirah large steel all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(j) Taking out existing old unserviceable/broken locking device with cover for each Almirah large steel, made to shape and size as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Repair to Revolving Chair high back of all model, including repair, replacement of existing old unservicable seat and back and requisite spare parts to make the chair serviceable and all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (TP)

Repair to chair visitor with cushion of all models, including repair/replacement of seat and back, welding of broken joints of frame of chair visitor to make the chair serviceable all as directed.(TP)

Sofa Set to sit 5 Persons. (Drawing No.FD-281, 1113) Replacement of old unserviceable Seat & Back of Sofa set to sit 5 persons (in three pieces) with new seat made of new foam cushion of sizes 530mm x 560mm x 100mm/500mm x 530mm x 100mm thick, 32 density, of make : Sleepwell/Kurlon/Coir foam/ Coolfoam/Godrej as approved by the GE duly covered with tapestry/velvet cloth of best quality of costing not less than Rs 400/-per mtr of any colour as approved by the GE, rest all as per drawing and as directed.

Sofa Set to sit 4 Persons. (Drawing No.FD-281, 1113) Replacement of old unserviceable Seat& Back of Sofa set to sit 4 persons (Four small pieces of single seat) with new seat made of new foam cushion of sizes 530mm x 560mm x 100mm/500mm x 530mm x 100mm thick, 32 density, of make : Sleepwell/Kurlon/Coir foam/Coolfoam/Godrej as approved by the GE duly covered with tapestry/velvet cloth of best quality of costing not less than Rs 400/-per mtr of any colour as approved by the GE, rest all as per drawing and as directed.

(m) French polishing to all visible surface of complete Sofa set to sit 4 pers (in three pieces) after removal of dust and dirt complete all as specified and as directed.

(Conversion of Existing GI pipe charpoy with nylon newar to GI pipe charpoy with plywood top) (FD-220) Fixing 02 numbers flat iron of size 50x6mm on the frame of GI pipe charpoy in equal distance from short rail @02 each. Fixing plywood commercial 12mm thick Make: Kitply, Century plywood, Unipac ISI marked on the frame after drilling 14 holes (03 each on long rails, 02 each on short rails and 02 each on flat iron frame) with appropriate size headless bolts and nuts. Frame of charpoy GI pipe and plywood to be furnished so that the projection is eliminated completely. Rest all as per specified and as direceted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI pipe (Drg No FD-220) (a) Removing the broken end long rail of charpoy from the frame, cutting the broken end, rethreading up to the required length and fitted/assembled to the frame all as per drg and as directed.

(b) Taking out old, broken end long rail from the three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rail of GI pipe, 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both ends to the required size and fitted to the frame of charpoys complete all as specified, shown on drg and as directed.

(c) All as per the description of Serial item No. 8.02(b) here-in-before but short rail.

(d) Taking out old, broken end short rail from the three way unscrewing and replacing with new short rail of GI pipe, made up of long rail retrieved vide serial item No. 8.02(b) here-in-before, duly threaded both ends up to the required size/length and fitted to the GI frame charpoys completed all as specified as shoqn on drg and as directed.

(e) Taking out old, broken end leg from the three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new leg of GI pipe, made up of short rail retrieved vide serial item No. 8.02(b) 8.03(c) and 8.04(d) here-in-before, duly threaded one end up to the required size and fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

(f) Taking out old, unserviceable/broken three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32mm bore, ISI marked (as approved by GE) and fitted to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg and as directed.

(g) Description all as per Srl item No 8.06(f) above but GI check nut 32mm bore.

Polishing of wooden furniture Removing of dust and dirt by scratching, rubbing with sand/emery paper including filling putty etc where required and preparation of smooth surfaces for polishing and applying two coats of french polish of approved quality all as specified and as directed to the following old polished items of furniture:-

Recanning of all type of wooden chairs such as chair dining, chair writing , chair easy (Drawing as applicable) etc with new plastic cane half round type 2mm to 2.5mm wide having high density of Make : Shah/Premier as approved by GE after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic, recanning to be done in Godrej pattern after removal of existing old unserviceable cane plastic and border of chair shall be of 3mm wide cane plastic (as approved), rest all as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Charpoy GI pipe with plywood top (Drg No FD-220) Taking out old existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing of new top made out of plywood commercial of size 6.5ftx3ftx12mm thick kitply ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing rusted/corrosion flat iron strip with new flat iron strip of size 50mmx6mm with appropriate size headless bolt and nut on frame of charpoy GI pipe. Rest all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-220

(d) Taking out existing old broken/unserviceable table top and supply and fixing with new table top of table office clerk steel made of 18/19mm thick both side prelaminated particle board (conforming to IS specifications) exterior grade (teak shade in upper side and white shade in lower side) including 4mm thick teak wood beading all round the top duly polished with French polish and providing PVC hard rubber shoes of required size to each legs of table complete, all made to shape and size all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Chair writing cushioned . Removing of unserviceable cushion to seat and back rest made of 50mmx30mm thick rubberised foam of 32 desity, letherite cloth, hessain newar and cotton cloth lining etc and providing/fixing new cushion to seat and back rest made of 50mm/30mm thick rubberised foam of 32 density, letherite cloth, hessain newar and cotton cloth lining etc as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
