M&L for Removal of excavated material n exe 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for returning,filling in,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete in sub base for receiving floor tiles and mass concrete using Type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer or floor tiles etc

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces and curing after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for 100 mm thickness of concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming contraction joints (dummy)65 mm deep & 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade `A', complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm crushed stone agg ) as in floors ,ramps,hard standing or as in similar work finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work where required all as specifed and directed .

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;l adders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, cattle trap and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,ornamental and intricate design complete all as spd and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, 5 to 10 mm diameter of shank, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheeting 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self taping screws as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old interlocking tiles retrieved from demolition of floor will be property of concerned user unit.)

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658:2006 of 60 mm thickness M35 grade complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:- Shapes of interlocking paver block shall be triangular/ zigzag/ Haxagon/ or other, colour of paver blocks & laying pattern as approved by GE. Note 2: For Make/ Brand pls refer PS/ List of Approved make in Appendix 'F' para 14.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping ,PCC block for hold fast including all necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC, type B-1, 1:2:4, ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth without nusing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, cooking platform ,chajjas, & similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak well etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L reinforced cement concrete pipes 300mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Bore of pipe in 300mm complete all as specified and directed

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.50cum getting out in Hard/ dense soil, returning,filling in layers not exceeding 50 mtr and making good, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, (hot dip) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F for Chain link MS galvanised fencing of wire mesh size 50 mm x 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS round bar 10 mm dia as in strands for holding chain link fencing incl hooking etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Concetrina coil securing or tying incl provn of MS wire stapples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed.
