Complete removal of existing treatment to wall and apply two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali-resistant primer and 1.5 mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down all dust, dirt and all loose scales by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of plastic / acrylic emulsion on wall surfaces. The make shall be one of the following brands : (i) Asian Paints - Apcolite Premium Emulsion (ii) Berger Paints - Easy Clean Emulsion (iii) Nerolac Paints - Beauty Gold/Beauty Smooth Emulsion or techno commercially equivalent make as approved by GE.The surface will be finished by use of a roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying 1.5mm thick birla white wall care putty to fill up the depression and rubbing with sand paper to achieve a levelled and smooth surface and applying two coats of plastic/acrylic emulsion on wall surfaces over a coat of wall primer prepared surfaces of internal walls. The make shall be one of the following brands : (i) Asian Paints - Apcolite Premium Emulsion (ii) Berger Paints - Easy Clean Emulsion (iii) Nerolac Paints - Beauty Gold/Beauty Smooth Emulsion, or techno commercially equivalent make as approved by GE.The surface will be finished by use of a roller complete all as specified and directed.
