Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M&L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete

150mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in flooring/hardstanding finishing the surface even and fair with water proofing compound (Water proofing compound will be paid in item No. 12)

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Water prooing compound will be paid in item no 12)

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in bonders (for Stone walling) and set in cement mortar 1:6

M & L for Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls, etc., and raising or lowering to the required level with broken stone or boulders.

Plain/ Reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M & L for Flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:3.

M&L for boulder pitching laid dry hand packed tightly and grouted with cement sand mortar 1:6

M&L for Polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m complete all as directed

S & F RCC Class NP 2, 600 mm bore pipes laid and jointed complete with collars.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

Supply welded steel wire fabric of size 50 x 50 x 2 mm and fix with staples or suitable means in between the two layers of roof treatment as required, weight not exceeding 4 Kg per Sq. M.
