Care and diversion of standing water, spring water, river water or drains and the like in working area including construction and removal of earth/coffer bundies upto DBL/existing lever where required including pumping and baliling out of the surface flowing water for keeping the working area free from standing water, flowing water seepage water for execution of entire work. Cost includes arrangement of earth by agency at their own cost with all leads and lifts including by mechanical transport, the cost of royalty of earth etc complete. Scope of item includes cost of empty cement bags required for bandies, watch and ward, pumping out of water and removal of bundies after execution of work.

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-35 of specified diameter (1000 mm) and length below pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by Crawler mounted, telescopic boom hydraulic pilling Rig all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tube well boring machine shall not be used.

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. Single pile above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne Safe capacity. Routine test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M15 grade with minimum cement content of 240 kg /cum.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level. Concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg/cum.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Supply, fabrication, assembling, hoisting/erecting and fixing in position at lopacations, steel girder using structural steel of rolled single /built up sections confirming to 15:2062- Grads E 350 including joist, channel, angles, tee, plates etc. all as per structural drawings and ly, per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship). The item also includes supply, testing of HSFG bolts and compatible nuts and washers. This item also includes all testes fo materials & welded fabricated parts. This item also including necessary equipment fof completing the work including necessary scaffolding /staging, launching, Preparation fabrication shop drawings, necessary templates etc. Profile cutting of components to required lengths/width and shapes/profile, smooth grinding/machining of edges/faces/all welding/bolted joints, Necessary welding (electric are welding) for required wield lengths and sizes, Providing and fixing studs of 25mm dia 325 c/c spacing through the length of span and tested as specified and Barricading of erection site.

Providing & fixing expansion joint as per drawing and design in deck slab of Road Bridge and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
