"Supply, Installation, connecting,Testing and commissioning of solar water heating system with heat exchanger type of capacity 100 Ltrs per day with electrical backup by 3 KW heating elements of two numbers and thermostats collectors of ISI marked with required numbers of flat plate collectors and laser welded tube with stainless steel hot water storage tank of capacity 125 Ltrs as specified including supply and fixing of SS heat exchanger made of SS 304 pipes as per OEM inside the hot water storage tank is having minimum thickness of 0.8 mm, providing angle iron structure of required size for collectors and angle iron staging for the hot water tank with required size with PCC work 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded aggregate for foundation / Grouting of Solar Water heating system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PP-R polypropylene random copolymer pipe, three layer, PN-16 / SDR 7.4, 20mm bore UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal globe or gate valves 20 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod of high density plastic ball screwed to pipe 25mm bore, mimimum weight of 455 grams all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal globe or gate valves 25 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron tubing, medium grade 25 mm bore with all fitting laid on wall / floor including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing 25 mm dia GI pipe and connecting up the new pipeline including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusst plates, etc. S & F rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A". all asspecified and directed.

Supply and fox Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), double layered, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 250 litres capacity all as specified in SSR Part -I.

Supply and fix bib taps of size 15 m cast copper alloy with cruntch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring two run 4 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables 1100V grade drawn through and including suitable size of non-metallic rigid PVC conduit & accessories / PVC casing & caping fixed on walls, roofs, or floors including one run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable and connecting up complete all as specified & directed. Note : Three runs of 4sqmm copper conductor and one run of rigid PVC conduit/ PVC casing and capping shall be measured as one length.

Material and labour for sheetmetal enclosure MCB distribution board, single pole and neutral,two way without bus bar single door, 240 volts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA 240 volts, 50 Hz AC , all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of 15 KVA Isolation transformer, Three phase, 50 Hz, Copper wound, oil cooled, class of insulation A, metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 415+-5% and output voltage range 415+-5%, Ratio 1:1, Vector Group : Dyn 11, Delta- star, indoor IP 42 (CPRI Approval Required) with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level, efficiency more than 95 %, separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing, potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like digital temperature meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hooks one set, Earthing terminal two nos complete with Over load / short circuit protection including suitable size of MCCB/MCB, floor mounted, indoor type all as specifiedand directed.

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of 5 KVA Isolation transformer, Single phase, 50 Hz, Copper wound, class of insulation A metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 240+-2.5% and output voltage range 240+-2.5%, Ratio 1:1 , Vector Group : Dyn 11, eficiency more than 95 %, Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings, including suitable size of MCB, floor mounted, indoor type all as specifiedand directed.

Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2 KVA Isolation transformer , Single phase ,50 Hz , Copper wound , class of insulation A metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 240+-2.5% and output voltage range 240+-2.5% ,Ratio 1:1 , Vector Group :Dyn 11, eficiency more than 95 % , Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings, floor mounted ,indoor type all as specifiedand directed. .

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed. Note: XLPE UG Cable 10 Sqmm 4 Core shall be fixed on wall / ducts with suitable clamps. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core all as specified and directed. Note: XLPE UG Cable 6 Sqmm 2 Core shall be fixed on wall / ducts with suitable clamps. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply and fix MCB DB SPN 2 way double door, 230 V AC , 50 Hz. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 6 to 32A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing and testing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 25X4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation PCC chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) and 20mm dia GI watering pipe and 40 mm dia light grade GI for protection of earth strip ,wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust & common salt, etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI strip 25mm x 4mm buried in ground/fixed on wall including porcelain base insulators at interval of 0.5 mtr all as specified and directed.
