Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description and including disposal of all debris exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof laid over mud pushaka and pointing with cement mortar complete all as specifed & directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including PCC/plastering and leeping complete includingremoval of demolished mud/debris etc complete exceeding 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km and complete complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, water staging, roof kerbs , etc including rounding & chemfering the edges, cleaning the surface by wire brushing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on concrete surface on roof with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound (powder) complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the new plastered surface and applying a coat of cold applied bitumen based primer 85/25 on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with 15 cm end over laps & 10 cm side over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (c) M&L for finishing of top surface by two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling AC corrugated/semi-corrugated sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.5 0mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description & in any position including cutting of reinforcement & disposal of all debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:1.5:3 Type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified. Note : Reinforcement and form work will be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of all debris exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning 25 mm thickness for laying of interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vibrator compacted rubber/glass moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block shape, size and colour as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, using grey cement and with pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty coloured (approved colour) fully vitrified paving tiles of size 300mmx300mmx10-12mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed . M&L for 75 mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded agg) as in plinth protection/hard standing, laid in pannels including filling the joints by using sand & bitumen mixed in ratio 1:1 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and cladding tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls, etc and removing the debris off MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade including rubbing and polishing upto mirror finished (polishing) image complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in treads & riser in one piece (length will be as per the width of staircase) laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror finished polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick of approved shade granite stone (superior Quality) slab (table rubbed and polished as in floors, jambs, steps, cooking platform etc and the like, over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including two strip of line make on (tread of stair case) granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10-12mm thick Zed black granite stone(superior Quality) slab of (table rubbed and polished) as in wall lining (venering to wall) and the like, over & including 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 including pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and including disposal of all debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade, double charged Ist quality 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.30 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7mm to 8mm thick Ist quality ceramic non skid tiles coloured of area exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm (400x400mm) in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles laid on 15mm thick cement screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles of 400 x 300 x 7mm thick and 600 x300mm size 7mm thick in vertical surfaces (including designed borders ) such as skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in coloured cement to match over rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Rate of Designer border in vertical surface will be deemed into quoted rates)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removal of debris out side MoD land complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3, on ceiling surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with 3% water proofing compound on brick or concrete external surfaces of walls, finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specifed & directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, on brick or concrete internal surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered ceiling surface & applying 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty followed by a priming paint & two coats of plastic emulsion interior grade paint (Asian Paints Royal Luxury Emulsion) of approved tint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work should be executed by skilled applicators approved by the manufacturing company).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of apex white/red/any colour as approved (weather proof) over one coat of priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered or concrete wall surface & applying 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty & sand papering etc followed by a coat of alkali resistant primer & two coats of plastic emulsion interior gde paint (Asian Paints Royal Luxury Emulsion) of approved tint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work should be executed by skilled applicators approved by the manufacturing company).

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall surface by scrapping, sand papering etc to prepare an even surface and applying a coat of primer paint followed by two coats of apex white/red/any colour (weather proof) complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth & applying one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall /ceiling surface by scrapping / washing & applying 2 to 3 mm thick cement wall care putty of make Birla/ Asian, making the surface smooth bysand papering/ rubbing the surface complete followed by a coat of primer with alkali resistant primer paint and two coats of oil bound distemper comlete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair brass, glossy finish towel rail Cat No.BA-03 of Prayag/Equivqlent of ZIM/ESSCO compete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preventive treatment against the danger of carbonation in exposed faces of RCC members:- (i) Cleaning existing surfaces of RCC members and making surface free of loose material, oil grease etc .by vigorous wire brushing including light grill blasting where necessary recommended by Engr in charge.(ii) Further cleaning using biocide (as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface algae and fangus and no trace of paint. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry. (iv) Spray a coat of primer (as recommended by manufacturer) over dry cleaned surface as required prior to final finish. Primer shall be diluted in proposition 2:1 with mineral turpentine, after application primer shall be allowed to dry for 03 hrs or as directed. (v) Apply a coat of neat aliphatic acrylic anti corbonation (ACC) over the primed surface with air/spray gun at nominal rate of 3.5 ltrs per sqm as recommended by manufaturer. (vi) Apply a more coat of aliphal anti corbonation (ACC) after 5 to 6 hrs as recommended by manufaturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for followings:-(i) removing plaster & finishes all around the columns, slabs & beams(on all four side of column to full height. Three side of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) after cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pnaumatic/electric chipper or any other aprroved tool in entire portion of structural member, removal cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible. (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed (concrete shall be slopped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed. (iv) Cleaning exposed concret substrate by using water jet.(v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved.(The Engr in charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved)(vI) Any other work as directed by Engr in charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof/anti corrosive treatment to bars (i) Cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) around (ii) Apply a single coat of alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new or old as recommenede by the manufacturer (iii) apply two coats of epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new or old as recommended by the manufacturer.(Note:Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting imperfections etc where present on the surface of the bars. it is important that the rear portions of the bars (those towards the concrete substrate should not be left without coating)

M& L for providing PMM (poly modified cementitious mortar) (i) Dry sub state surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound substate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible (in case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes) (iii) Immediately after applicaion of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25mm thick. Note (Application of PMM shall be prefeably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness PMM work shall be excuted in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins) PMM shall be pre packed ready to use (iv)PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temp as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for Rebaring of new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC columns including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete upto standard depth or as per specification of manufactureres, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy (Hilti RE-500 or Equivalent ) at all height and level.(Rate shall include cost of labours, T &P for power drilling in concrete complete. including cleaning the drilled holes and loose dust by blowing air. (Note : Reinforcement measured seperatly item No-

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep in brick wall/ RCC surfaces at any location, shaping horizontal face with mechanical cutter and grooves filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with chemical compound SUPER LATEX OR DR FIXIT OF PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or SBR LATEX of STP LTD mixed with proportion 200 ml per 50 Kg cement as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.53.00 here-in-before but exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors, chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,and hold fast etc., complete all as specified and directed.(Fe 290 gde E-165)

S&F solid PVC moulded door frame of size, 50x47mm, made out of 5mm thick of any colour PVC sheet, reinforced with MS square tube fixed with screw/plugs to brick walls complete all as specified and directed.
